Dean the host is excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel is super clean, has everything you need and is right in the middle of Hongdae close to Hongik station. Perfect for a few days sightseeing or bar hopping in Seoul!

Shower is small, but doesn't really matter. It's big enough for what you need to do.

Dean was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and smelled nice. The common area's are good and well equipped. Bed was comfy.

Not a "didn't like" but a heads up that there are stairs if you have heavy luggage (especially after an Olive Young expedition)

The property was excellently placed for the airport limousine, Hongik University station, and buses. You are so close to Hongdae Main Street without it being noisy. Staff kept my clothes that I left and contacted me about them to come collect (whoops!) Extra pillows can be provided on request! Bathroom and shower facilities immaculate. Great kitchen facilities. Great recommendations for places to eat.

Having stayed at a few hostels during my 15-day trip in Korea, I can say that this place had pretty much everything that you want (except a bidet toilet haha). Staff - Dean (the owner) is friendly and around most of the time and check-in/out was easy. Facilities - everything worked well and I liked little details such as the shower room had a ledge for you to put your clothes (a simple detail that was surprisingly lacking in some hostels) and I also saw a nail clipper that seems to be provided because it was in the living room for a few days. I also made good use of the multiple charging cables in the living room as I could charge my phone, power bank, and iPad at the same time. Cleanliness - the apartment, room, and toilets were all immaculately clean. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable and there were no windows in the room (which may be a minus point for some though) so I was able to sleep through comfortably even till 9+ (in most other hostels I might be woken up at about 6/7+ am cos the sun rises early at this time of the year). Location - it's about 7 minutes walk to the subway (Line 2 - Hongik University) and the many eateries in Hongdae area so it's very convenient.

A very cool, modern, clean and relaxed hostel with a rooftop and a communal area to meet other travelers. Location is good next to airport train and metro, as well as near hongdae area, showers and bathrooms were extremely clean

Absolutely amazing hostel. Stayed in a lot of hostels in Korea and this one is by far my favourite. The owner is super friendly, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean. There is a kitchen area and the rooftop is a great place to hang out. It's very close to Hongdae so you don't have to worry about coming back home after a night out:)

The breakfast only starts at 8am, what makes it almost impossible for early birds to have breakfast. Once I asked whether I could have it early and it was denied. That's a bit unfortunate, because for some days 8am is pretty late (at least for me). Additionally, especially towards the end (I stayed for almost 8 days) I would've needed some more support to organise my stuff and Dean wasn't that big of a help - not a big minus, but still a bot unfortunate considering him being incredible courteous in the beginning.

The hostel is really clean, cosy and there are a lot of social people around! Also dean, the host, was incredible friendly and helpful in the beginning! Additionally, the breakfast helps to get in touch with other people easily!

Shower water changes temperature up and down a little too much. Would be nice to have a mirror in the dorm room.

A near-perfect hostel. Great location. Perfectly clean. Free breakfast that doesn't end too early. Great shower stalls. Friendly environment (several of us went out together to eat). The owner really cares about the place and makes sure it's always running smoothly. Nice rooftop lounge.
