I don't like the automatic movement light close to the bathroom. This is common in every hotel in Korea though

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And they spoke English which helped a lot. The location is fantastic. Easy walk to all the central locations and subway. Convenience store on the ground floor, bank/currency exchange across the road, laundry in the basement which was easy to use and great to wash my clothes mid way through my stay. Wow Pass Machine in the lobby for topping up card. My room was spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed. Will definitely be back next year!

Perfect location for discovering this side of the city. Close to metro and bus stops. Close to Gyeongbokgung palace, big shopping streets and many more. Also very nice small restaurants in the area with good food! The room was very well cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Insadong. Walkable to all the major sights with multiple metros nearby. A special thanks to Henry at the front desk, who kindly let us check out at 2pm (our flight was at 9pm), thank you for making our first visit to Seoul so memorable!

I liked that the hotel was centrally located and was able to get around town pretty easily. Whether by taxi or scooters, we were able to explore many parts of the down from the artist district, temples, parks, and all sorts of areas. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. I liked that it was right next to a grocery store and a convenient store as well.

Our room had a leak from the ceiling and once we let the front desk know, they were very accomodating and changed us to another room. Overall, comfy stay.

The location is perfect; it is just a few minutes walk from hip cafes and shopping streets. The room was clean, small but well-equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful. The air-conditioning in the room was not working properly, and we just realized it at midnight, however, the technicians fixed it even though it was midnight. The bakery cafe in the hotel lobby was also nice and cheap compared to the others in the area.

The hotel boasts a high standard of cleanliness, and the housekeeping is outstanding. The various appliances in the room worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise: I never hold high expectations when it comes to hotel restaurants, and in this case the menu is somewhat limited, but the food was actually very tasty and of good quality. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the location, as it is within walking distance of major attractions such as Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon, and the bustle of Myeongdong. Easy access to bus and metro, as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Seoul.

The shower facility could have been better, this was the only thing which differentiated it from a 10, although still very good.

Excellent location, all staff spoke English, and were nice enough to allow us to check in earlier and check out later. We were also able to borrow an umbrella on the days it was raining. Comfortable beds, decent size, provided us with water daily and next door to a supermarket and convenience store.

It’s literally in the most perfect location. All the attractions are walking distance. Subway is walking distance. Close to very good shops and cafes and popular places. I have spent the first day and last day of my trip around the hotel and made the best memories!

Good hotel with an excellent localisation. Situated near many touristic places walkable. 3 Subway stations are closed and one is at 4 minutes walk. Nice and quiet place. Lovely staff speaking English and very helpful. Syndi and her colleague Anna who took care of us, were very nice, helpfull and very good professional. Comfortable bedroom and beds. Very clean. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores, cafes, bakery etc... around. Very good breakfast, asiatique and also for western style, and extremely clean, attentive staff. Good wifi. Don't hear outside. Air con is very well placed so that you don't have the air on you during the night but it refresh well the room , and it is not noisy. You can adjust the aircon as you want or put it out if you prefer. A "coin" laundry which is something very valuable (washer and Dryers) Close also from the small river bank laid out for walks.

The Banyan restaurant doesn’t seem to be open for evening arrivals, so had to go elsewhere looking for food in the evening.

Conveniently located, exceptionally clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and accessibility to their small fitness centre. There’s also a grocery store right by the hotel.
