Our fridge did not work.

Staff were great and let us store our luggage two days earlier than our check in date. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from Gwangjang market and fast food chains like Lotteria, Burger King and McDonalds. Also a short walk to the nearest subway station and a bus into Myeongdong that you can get on just round the corner. The toilet and shower facilities were great. Air con worked best and the bed was comfortable.

Sound proofing is not so good so it might make guests hear the laughing and talk next door.

Wonderful location. On and off stop for ICN airport is just at the hotel. Very easy for transportation. Room space is enough.

Location close to Gwangjang Market, DDP and not too far from Myeongdong area. There is shuttle bus 6001 direct from the airport and stop in front of the hotel. Large bathroom with big bathtub.

No free coffee in the hotel room unlike most hotels. Also, the bathroom (shower area) does not have a partition all the way to the bottom so the floor is completely wet.

My stay was pretty comfortable and accessible to different locations.

The best years of the hotel have passed a while ago. Dirty old towels, everything in the rooms is a bit banged up. Everything else was okay

there was a shuttle bus stopping every 25 so minutes from the hotel gate and it was a convenient trip back to airport. street next to the hotel there were local farmers market which was interesting

1.Other hotel stayers We were often woke up startled by the slamming of door late at nights. The room door is heavy. Poor sound proof on wall cos we. an hear our neighbours guest talking. Either they talked loud or the walls thin. 2. Prep your own toothbrush, shaver or comb. Not provided by hotel except shower gel and shampoo. 3. Air con seems set at certain temperature. So once it reaches certain temp, air con is off and reactivate once it room temp is higher then en preset temp 4. Not really near to subway station. 5. 2 lifts. got to wait for a few lifts to go by during peak hours. 8am plus, literally waited for 5 lifts to gone by cos it was full. I stayed at 7th floor 6. Lobby is small and always crowded.

Highlight for the hotel is the airport bus stop is directly at the hotel entrance.

Soundproofing can be better. I heard someone snoring from another room. And the sounds in the hallway were disturbing. The location may not be the best for those who like night life experience. It gets quite tranquil at night in this area. You must walk for 10-20min to reach the busier area (DDP). The public transport stations are a little bit far too.

The room is spacious enough to open 2 or 3 M-sized suitcases. We stayed in the 20th floor and the view was beautiful. Big windows allow sunlight to fill the whole room in the day. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There are a few 24/7 convenient stores around.

Room is too small for family of 3 and bed is not comfortable (too soft). Hotel should also provide amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

There was a dead mosquito squashed on the wall the night we checked in and left there even after housekeeping. Lots of mosquitoes were in the room

Location: The hotel is located near the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. The metro exit is only 5 mins away from the hotel entrance but the train platform is in fact far away from the metro exit. You will need to walk around 7-8 mins from the metro entrance to metro line 4 platform and there are many staircases on the way. There is another metro station (Euljiro 4) entrance located only 2 mins away from hotel. However, you need to pass through a underground shopping street before entering the station and the station is located at line 5 which is less convenient as compared to line 4.

Location: The hotel is located next to area with household construction materials shops. The famous Gwangjang food market is only 10mins walk. There are many convenient stores around the hotel and there are two fried chicken restaurants near the metro exit. Room: The room is clean but on the first day there is a bit smoky smell even the hotel is a smoke-free hotel. The air-conditioning is cool enough and the control panel is a bit difficult to adjust to the best temperature. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There is electronic toilet with automatic flushing. There are handshower and showerhead and also a bathtub. The water is warm enough though the weather in June at Seoul is quite warm and hot water may not be necessary. Staff: The staff are friendly and most of them speak good English. Some staff could speak Chinese as well. Overall: I would recommend this hotel as it might be difficult to find hotel which is lower than 100USD per night in Seoul after COVID years. It is ideal for tourists who are looking for hotel which is away from the crowded area and a lower budget.

Airport bus - right outside the hotel. Self-laundry - not available. Pillows - soft Bed - hard (this is really good for back support). Kettle - dusty; had to clean it thoroughly before using. Iron - request and collect from reception desk. Receptionist - speaks English very well. Location - 10 mins walk to the subway, 5 mins walk to bus stop in front of Ramada (you can take bus 100/104 down to go to Gwangjang Market, and going further down will bring you to Daehak-ro where there's some lovely cafes/sushi bars).

not soundproof at all although that’s what the information page told me through booking.com Thought the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced. if it had been a bit less money, I would have used it every day.

excellent service. very clean. comfortable bed. daily housekeeping. Airport limousine just outside the door. luggage storage. The staff was amazing, and sometimes that can make all the difference. I had stayed there earlier in the month and was so pleased that I returned for my last three days.
