The hotel is situated close to the metro stop. It has restaurants and 2 seven eleven stores all around it. To get here on the airport limousine get off at the Plaza hotel on bus 6701. It is a 4 min walk from there.

Like many people already said, this hotel is very hot! I had to sleep with the air-conditioning on, which is unusual in May.

The location is superb, 5 minutes on foot from City Hall metro (exit 7) and access to the blue and green subway lines. A very well stocked GS25 convenince store nearby, very quiet at night away from the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong :)

We paid for room and breakfast for a week’s stay. The breakfast was very plain with not a lot to choose from and the same apart for the odd thing every day. The most disappointing part about the breakfasts was that the food was not kept hot after it came out. There was no heating equipment so when the food had been out for a while it was cold to eat. Very unappetising. Egg omelette, small sausages and rice were often cold.

Location was the best part. Also the staff at the front desk/reception were very friendly and helpful. Also, we were somewhat disappointed that the hotel only provided instant coffee for 2 cups of coffee every 3 or 4 days! So the other days there was no coffee.

Room overlooked a building site which was not mentioned at any point during the booking process. Aircon is turned off throughout the day, turned on only when the outside temperature raises above 18c after 8pm then off again at midnight. Unfortunately the temperature inside the room quickly raised to 24c and made for several uncomfortable nights sleep. We had the windows open all night and got woken up early each day by the builders. In the description none of this is mentioned which I found very poor from both the hotel and booking.com.

Room was a good size for 3 adults sharing. Staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English which helped massively. Location between 3 main underground lines was very helpful, and was within waking distance of lots of shops and restaurants aswell as the city hall and 2 lovely palaces.

Laundry facilities not sufficient only 1 washing machine and one dryer at the basement always long queue during night time. Aircon in the room is often switch centrally to fan mode so it can get uncomfortable during night time.

Location is very good, many restaurants and convenient stores. Metro train station and bus stop is vey close. Good meeting point if you want to take day tour. Room is clean and water dispenser is provided in every floor

The location is not that near the myeongdong market but the walk was worth it with the view of namsan tower and under ground malls. The room is big and the staff can communicate well.

The location was sensational, close to night street markets, multiple metro station exits and the Lotte department store. Restaurants were all around and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Safety was also taken very seriously with fire extinguishers in the room and multiple extinguishers on every floor as well.

I regret to say that my stay at the hotel in Seoul was disappointing. The walls of the room were dirty, with numerous scratches and insect stains. The bathroom and sink were old, and the room lacked basic amenities. The refrigerator didn't cool properly, and the air conditioning was outdated. For the price paid, I expected better accommodations.

l can say the lobby staff for their friendly and helpful demeanor.

The staff were amazing, checked us in early after a long haul flight, no language barrier and would help anyone coming into reception whether they were a guest of the hotel or not. we plan to go back next yr.

Nothing major, but not easy for parking, specially if you have friends wanting to pick you up at all times 😅🫣

Location is very convenient with easy access to the subway as well as many attractions. Seoul Station was near as well. Reception was friendly.
