The housekeeping , laundry service (we had to go to the lobby to drop off and bring up our clothes, the receptionist also went through the clothes at the work dek very bizarre) and lack of room service.

I loved the style of the rooms and the hotel. BEautiful restaurants on site and spa. Great distance to other cafes and shops.

Soemthing about the air conditioning was not really good. I think it has to do with the large window and how it takes a while. I think I had to tinker with the temperature control all the time.

The air freshener for the room is on the masculine and musky side. My wife loved it but my 2y/o daughter hated it. The soap bar in the toilet has a dry effect after usage, had to use moisturiser to combat it. Best not to use it. Luckily I brought my own toiletries.

The hotel look as real as the pictures you see online. Front desk staffs are very helpful and always with a smile. I booked for a stay her as my last leg of Korea trip, I made a pit stop to Jeju for 4 days before it. Contacted the hotel for assistance to store my heavy luggages as I don't need them for Jeju. They gladly assisted me with it, saved tons of money from storing it at alternative luggage locker or luggage storing company. The amenities in the room was perfect. From the reviews, I read that going to the pool requires advance booking and needed a swimming cap. Those are no longer required, I bought one each from home but ended up not requiring it. No advance booking required too, just go during the allocated time slot for meant for all, they have for adults only session. Wrist band for 4 pax were given for pool usage, child below 36months enter for free else other age group, additional payments required. The bed was too comfortable that we slept till 30 minutes before check out time! Luckily all stuffs were packed the night before. Managed to asked for slightly late check out and they obliged.

Service is not written in Capitals at this hotel. For the price-tag, there were no porters to assist on arrival or dep with luggage to/from room. The concierge didn’t speak a word of English and the check in staff weren’t all that helpful either. Our room was ready and available, however an additional charge was levied of 30 000 Kw per hour for an early check in or out of this luxury hotel where we stayed for 5 nights. 🤔 Have never heard of this being done any in the world and found this pitiful. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for reno during our stay, so only the outdoor pool was in use Naturally it was packed. On one of the days the pool was closed for the better part of the day.for pool cleaning.. This involved letting the pool Creepy Crawly device do its work. Everyone was strictly prohibited in entering the entire pool area Odd really since this could have done after hours or during the night-after-all, the guests are paying to enjoy the facilities available.

Beautiful spacious mezzanine room. The restaurant/hotel designed around the Alice(Ananti) in wonderland theme. A playful modern mix. Centrally located.

Korean pre-setting during the winter time for all rooms was 26 degrees Celsius which is way too hot as standard room temperature for me as European. The team brought a fan to help out :)

Opening hours for the outdoor pool. On weekdays, it was only allowed to use the outdoor pool in the afternoon.

They are quite strict on security and there are various items and experiences that cost extra. We got an excellent deal for a one-night stay but normally the rates are quite high, understandably.

This spacious apartment for 4 guests was well thought out and very aesthetic, with all the amenities and high-tech features that made for a luxurious stay in Gangnam. We were excited to explore the hotel itself, both indoor and outdoor pools, the various bars and restaurants onsite and the incredibly large gym. It's a beautiful property and I highly recommend staying here.

First of all I received 2 times in 1 week, several requests from the hotel, on the official chat of booking.com, to update my credit card details following their link. Luckily I understood that it was a phishing and someone entered in the Hotel system trying to steal my credit card details.Very Low safety system that should protect personal data of the clients . Second: for a long stay ( more than 7 nights) they offer special complimentary services but they didn't say anything to us ( 9 nights). When we pointed it out, they told us that it is not valid because we reserved through booking.com. Staff ( and general manager) very unhelpful and not correct behaviour in this situation. Booking.com or not, they took a lot of money and they should be more helpful. No breakfast included and expensive.

The hotel is really beautiful, with attention for details and well designed. Room was big, with a balcony on the city view but not noisy ( 8th floor), comfortable beds and nice and functional bathroom. I liked the idea of the 2 floors that gives the opportunity to use the first floor as a living room. Swimming pool indoor and outdoor a big plus but not always available ( for example there was a beautiful sunny day, and the outdoor pool was available from 14:30...). A taxi is complimentary every 30min in the radius of 3 km according to availability.

No in room dining. location but I think this is why Ananti provides a car ride for anywhere within 3km radius of the property.

The size of the room and double ceiling. LOVE the swimming pools and gym. The property decor IS nice.
