the hotel plays a very annoying music in the halls at 7 in the morning which woke me up every day. the rooms are also either too warm or too cold

Seems to be a local drinking area did not bother us but would not recommend for solo females as area has a lot of Drunk men wondering around in daytime it is fine but at night gets more sketchy

Bed sheets were clean however there was a persistent stain that clearly wasn't going to come out in the wash.

Fantastic location, close to all forms of transport and near all the main sites without being in the hustle and bustle, a lot of walking distance spots, near some great cafes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and modern.

Oddly there are 2 PC tables in the room which take up some space. The breakfast buffet was very simple and the staff quite rudely instructed us not to use more than 1 plate per pax.

The room is spacious, the location is very convenient and there are a lot of food options around the area.

No door to the main bathroom area, the restroom and shower did have door. Our restroom door wouldn't close all the way, the staff were very kind and helpful and sent someone to fix it right away.

Great value for money. Large comftable rooms, lovely staff and breakfast. The location was great- short walking distance from insadong and iksadong. Metro was also short walking distance.

The property is clean, staff is very kind and always helped us when needed. They cleaned the room every day unless you didn’t want them to, so you got clean towels every day when coming back from a long day of walking around.

There was a plastic mattress protector on our bed which made the sleep very uncomfortable and we had to remove it on the second night.

Location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to the station and palaces. Breakfast was very simple but was ok. The place was clean and the stay was overall good.

The location although it’s near many landmarks and bus/metro stations, the hotel itself is in an alleyway that’s a bit scary and it’s suffocated by building nearby.

The property is clean, quiet and the staff were polite. The room had a Japanese bidet, big bath and a giant TV screen.

Lighting in room was very cold, wouldnt have hurt to have some cosier bulbs. There was also an issue in my room where one of the ceiling lamps was clearly connected to the wrong switch, so I did not have the option to only make use of the ambient light above the bed. This meant for relaxing to watch a movie I either had to do it in complete darkness or awkwardly turn on a bathroom light and close the door to soften it. Not the end of the world but definitely kinda annoying. Breakfast was fine but fairly limited and sadly only avaliable very early.

Room was clean and comfortable with a giant TV with netflix provided. Free wifi worked flawlessly. Bathroom facilities were excellent; very good shower and bidet toilet. Large room, I had space to do yoga. Quiet despite being in centre of busy part of town.

As much as we loved the hotel and the location it lacked in the breakfast which is such a shame because Korea is known for your food. There wasn’t much variety and the one egg per person rule was a let down

The staff were so kind and helpful! To the cleaners who cleaned our room daily and constantly kept our fridges stocked with cold water, phenomenal job. Highly recommend

Hallway was too dark.
