Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was part of the package but it wasn't worth it. The menu was very limited and didn't vary during the entire stay. There are many breakfast options near the hotel so take advantage of that instead.
The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great for checking out the city. It's very close to a subway station. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Good location - possible to reach many tourist objects by foot. Staff was helpfull, easy check-in even after midnight. Room was clean, new potable water bottles every day, good breakfast.

PolandBreakfast wasn't amazing but wasn't bad either. What I didn't like are the roles at breakfast. You couldnt have 2 fried eggs but could have as many boiled ones as you wish. I don't eat eggs, so wanted my husband to have 2 instead but you weren't allowed as 1 eggs per plate. If I didn't want to have an egg on my plate i wasn't allowed a clean plate either. Something that small & quite off putting for vegetarians. Rooms could be cleaned with more details. We had hair in a shower & some woms were coming off the walls in a shower. Also it was a bit dusty (bed, cupbords etc).
Location was great. Few minutes walk from metro station, loads of shops & restaurants around. Room was big enough for 3 people. Free water bottles available all the time. Good wifi.
