My initial bungalow was a little old fashioned however they moved me the next day closer to my friends which was great. Beware of the monkeys!

Staff were phenomenal,super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff were so on point offering food and drinks. Menu was awesome, lots on offer and delicious. Beautiful views!

Bathroom wasn’t over clean. We also got broke into one night while in bed. I saw off the person, mentioned to the receptionist the next day who did nothing. That left something of a sour taste to an otherwise pleasant stay.

It’s not a big deal. They told us there is no exchange money and they don’t take credit card at the island. Just before in Battambang all the banks were closed because it was the new year Khmer. When we arrived in Koh Rong we saw visa accepted and exchange money. Even the hotel has credit card machine for his restaurant.

The accommodation was quite tired. The basin in the bathroom had no drain, it literally went into the floor and the window sills were missing plaster

The treehouse bungalow in general needed some refurbishment. In particular the bathroom facilities were very basic and could do with updating. There are now mosquito nets on the beds but still nowhere to hang towels as mentioned in earlier reviews

Location was excellent. The treehouse was literally on the beach, the beach was clean and the resort was far enough away from Koh Touch to be quiet but near enough so that we could walk to the restaurants and bars etc each evening

The air conditioning was not the best, so it was a bit warm sometimes, and the bathroom could use an upgrade.

The location was exceptional..it was serene and beautiful..the bungalows were great..the view in the morning and throughout the day is just awesome..plus the food..it's just great..plus the management was very very helpful..

Some of the beach chairs really need to be replaced.. Sagging and dirty. Get black ones, so you can't see how gross they are, :-)

I would have liked more options for hanging wet clothes -- a minor thing!

You really can just walk into the water and snorkel here, and snorkeling equipment (mask & tube) is available for free -- how awesome!!! The setting is truly gorgeous and the staff are very helpful -- work with them to get there as easily as possible and to appreciate the island.

Fabulous location overlooking the beach. Treehouses were unique and had wonderful views. Quiet location at the end of the beach. Clean beach and golden sand.

We didn’t get coffee or tea provided and there were no spoons. It was a public thorough fare for guest at other hostels to migrate through ,Which at times could be noisy. Mostly it was ok.

The location was great and the bungalow was charming and it included air-con.The staff were friendly and glad to arrange trips and the transport to and from the Ferry. They had beach loungers and parasols for the guest to use . They provided mosquito coils . Which is absolutely essential for this island. The menu had a tasty collection of food to cater for a variety of nationalities.

I like the location, the place is full of trees making the atmosphere cool. The beach is quite clean, the rising sun can be seen from the room as a wake-up call in the morning. the food is delicious, the service is perfect, like a friend. Every morning I saw 5 rare hornbills in front of the hotel room. i really like this hotel and also kohrong island.

There was evening power cut for 1 hour. No refrigerator in room. Washroom need some refurbishing.

Location was simply great. I was see ocean from everywhere. Food was great and staff were awesome. Its was very peaceful and relaxing to stay here.

It’s nothing luxurious, but we didn’t expect this / want this since you are on an island anyways. So, it’s a good value for money.

Very nice location, just a 10 minute beachwalk to the little town. Also the owner is very very friendly and helpful with any requests. We for example needed transport to the airport after our stay, and he managed all of this for us. Also, they are currently building a pool which gives quite some noise in the room we initially booked. Thus the owner offered us another (I think even better) room for the same price, amazing!
