The hotel was very accommodating and receptive to all requests, could not recomend The Urban enough. Location is superb and the pool is lovely. We especially enjoyed the incredible customer service exhibited by Ra. Ra's standard of service, personable nature and commitment to excellence left nothing to be desired, and we would certainly return.

A phone in the room to contact reception would be great for the higher up rooms.

This place is only a short walk away from pub street, but far enough that you can’t hear the noise. It really is an urban oasis. Breakfast was good but not included. Restaurant has great food for dinner. Pool is nice and clean The staff were so lovely and made us feel like family. Ms Ra looked after us and made sure we were always comfortable and helped us with tours and bookings. Wonderful lady!

Wonderful hotel in Siem Reap! We stayed for three nights in the hotel and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and really confortable! Perfect place to chill out next to the swimming pool after a long day of visits or just to enjoy some tea at the restaurant. The staff is always very helpful and friendly! A special thank for Ms Eang and Ms Ra for their warm welcome and kindness!

The hotel is very central and super cute. The rooms are very spacious and the pool is also nice. It’s quiet but close to everything. The staff was super friendly, everyone welcomed us and helped us with any questions. The receptionist Miss Ra was really nice! Loved our stay here

Can't think of a thing except maybe late checkout but oh well.

What a gem! The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife but quiet right around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. But the staff are what makes the experience: friendly and attentive, and always ready to help meet your needs. The extra touches like cold cloths when returning from sightseeing and the gingery iced tea on arrival make this a special place at an unbeatable price. Oh, the restaurant is great, too!

The hotel is really nice, and it is really peaceful to rest near by the pool. The staff is lovely and especially, Ms Eang who was taking care of us. She was there for all our requests (laundry, extend the stay)! She is really helpful and has a wonderful energy! We had the breakfast once, the food (mostly western food) was fresh and tasty. We recommend the place !

The hotel was outstanding. The location was brilliant and the pool was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we also loved the hotel’s philosophy of supporting nature and the environment. The reception Sreynith was really helpful and her English was excellent. Tommy the manager was also extremely helpful.

This was one of our best stays anywhere. Massive props to the whole staff and special mention to Ms. An who checked us in, even early as we arrived a few hours earlier than their check-in time. The welcome is the best I've received at any hotel before. The facilities and amazing and spotless. So many lovely surprises await you here.the waitresses are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed here during the rainy season but honestly had no problem staying inside the hotel when it started to pour. Well done Urban!

The only thing we didn’t like is that there was a small lizard in my friends’ room. Not sure how it got in, the staff helped get it out and the next day there was one more which we saw inside. The hotel is surrounded with greenery so this might be expected to some extend buy not very pleasant for someone not used to these animals.

The staff was amazing, Ms. Eang and her team were very attentive - always asking if we need anything, handling our luggage, keeping it for the day after we checked out as our flight was in the evening. The hotel is comfortable, my friends used the swimming pool and massage and were happy with them. The hotel serves free afternoon tea with snacks which was amazing.

After a long train ride and flight, arriving at the hotel felt like a warm embrace. The staff greeted us in the most welcoming way possible, with big smiles and genuine kindness, instantly making us feel at home. Throughout our stay, they took care of us so well, always approaching us with positivity and offering help with the best attitudes. We booked a tour to visit Angkor Wat and the temples through the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Sarah, was incredible! Her passion for her job and the rich history of the country shone through every word she spoke. She truly made the experience special and memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, with an attention to cleanliness that did not go unnoticed. It smelled amazing, and the atmosphere was always calm and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food – it was delicious and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful. Your kindness and professionalism really made all the difference! And specially for Lily that received us so well and took care of us from the beginning!

I really enjoyed my stay in the Urban, the staff was very kind and friendly, I was always welcomed with a cold towel and a delicious cold cinnamon tea, the room was clean and big enough, fast WiFi and nice swimming pool too, the location is very convenient near the main street and restaurants but no too close to hear all the noise from pub street, just perfect. Can’t talk enough about the staff always with a big smile, ready to help if I need transportation or something else, I felt like home. Highly recommend it.
