We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanythe room was nice but the bathroom was not living up to the image of the room. the drainage was leaking so we always had foul water smell in the room. the overall deep cleaning need to be improved. instead of real cleaning they just quickly wipe over the surface and than put on scented candles or use room spray… I addressed those topics in a professional manner but think other travellers should know. I went to a supermarket and got dettol and dettol wipes and cleaned my bath myself another thing others should know is that the hotel has a function room - which is located on the garden - and poorly soundproof. so prepare to be woken up before 7 by loud chatting of over 50 people or day long sales training and motivation camps.
the location is very convenient, you can walk everywhere and the pool and the overall garden is nice. shadowed places to chill.

United Arab EmiratesThere were some corporate events during my stay so the first morning I woke up at 6:30am because a group of around 20 people were downstairs in the yard talking and laughing loudly... I mean seriously, at 6:30? And that was two days in a row... On the same first morning I woke up again at 8am because the lady who wanted to clean the room was loudly shouting and knocking on my door and then without getting any response (I literally just opened my eyes and was trying to figure out what was going on) just opened the door... Luckily I extra locked it...
The hotel is located not far from the airport and within walking distance to the city center where you can find shops, supermarkets and nice restaurants to have lunch/dinner. The residence itself is a nice place with two pools and an old gym (no cardio machines though). The room was actually very big and spacious, had fridge, desk... However, it feels like whenever I was leaving the room electricity (including fridge) wasn't working...

United Kingdomthe hotel hired a tuk tuk for me and the guy try to charge us more money, took us to buy SIM card that is 3 times the price. and the hotel was confused of the bill with travel guide. it was quite stressful to deal with all this during the holiday and luckily booking.com help me to resolve issue.
The staffs are very nice. the property is fair for the price but the the bathroom is very old and have lots of black mould on the bathroom area. you should not expect the property as the picture

United KingdomOur AC unit in our room leaked water internally. We reported it and it seemed as if it had been looked at but still leaked. Extraction fan in bathroom didn't work leaving a bad damp smell in there. As mentioned in other reviews a cockrel that lives next door woke us at daybreak! The bed was a bit rubbish, more springs in your back than cushioning!
Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating, nothing was an issue for them. Good location, not a far walk from where it all happens (near pub street)

South AfricaNo spa room, only in-room service. Upon check-out, we were requested to pay, even though the money was already deducted by Booking.com. This delayed check out to 20-30 minutes. The bathroom is small and the glass in the bath/shower is not positioned well. Water gets all over the floor. Rooster wake-up calls ( but not too much of a biggy). Mosquitos come in through the back door in the room that doesn't close tight. Breakfast is not worth it. Buy something from the supermarket instead.
Close proximity to NR6. Close to banks and supermarkets (Angkor Market). Safe night walk.

Staff doesn’t really speak English so never replies my emails and cant really tell you what to do or where to do a test for covid…food service was sometimes very slow and reception empty when arriving. Bathroom wasnt very nice and the hotel would be a 2 star in Europe! Pictures look way too good!
The garden was nice and the location good for reaching the city centre and driving to the temples. Bed was comfy! Staff was nice and breakfast good for a tourism day!

United KingdomHonestly, there wasn't really anything I didn't like. It was a beautiful place to stay and I'd recommend anyone do the same. After a 10,000km transit on three international flights from the UK, my airport transfer, as organised by the hotel through the Booking.com direct messaging section, was waiting for me as planned. Communication was faultless.
My stay at the Sanctuary Residence, my first and second day in Cambodia, was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Despite contacting them over a month later for documentation to send to my university, they kindly obliged within one working day, which was extremely helpful. Their administration is clearly in order!
