No flaws. Honestly the best place you will stay in Cambodia for price, comfort, location, atmosphere. It has it all and more. Nothing to improve and that’s rare to say!

Wow where to begin! Our stay at Pina house was just amazing! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely Marina (only 9) who’s english was exceptional and she was so friendly and kind! The beautiful family that own/run it are so kind and will go the extra mile during your stay! We planned to stay 7 nights but they kindly let us stay longer on request and we didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. The price is so reasonable for everything you get here! The house was spotless, no insects or ants and everywhere fresh and clean! Would 100% recommend anyone who loves a taste of nature, quiet, and friendly people.

The hosts were SO friendly and amazing- we loved the whole family and they really made our stay! A little far from the centre so would reccomend getting a bike but we knew this when booking. They also booked our transfer to Vietnam!

Everything was lovely. The pictures are true to form and the room was fantastic. Aircon,fan window grate, toiletries,hot water,kettle, clean large beds. The family here are lovely, little Marina🪷and Pina🌺 are the stars of the show and Ozoz is the cherry on top🍒. Can't wait to return to see our Khmer/Italian Family❣️

Lighting in the room was dim Expensive tuk tuk ride to Crab Market

Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Staff was really nice. Host booked my bus transport for me, took my rolling duffle on her motorcycle down the street to the bus stop and waited with me until the bus arrived. I liked that breakfast was available with cappuccino and the pizza I ordered one eve was good.

The property is quite far from amenities, restaurants etc. You need a bike if you don’t like walking.

The property was great but we booked onward travel with Kompot Tours which was pretty awful. Not the property’s fault at all but be cautious.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable big clean room. The family were all charming and were extremely kind and helped us when we fell off our scooter. They arranged a takeaway and breakfast was excellent.

Bathroom is "Cambodia-style", meaning, tiny, low-clearance plastic door, low water pressure, no place to put your stuff. Electrical under-dimensioned, which means you have to choose between light or warm water. No pool, no hot tub.

Cozy mini-resort run by friendly owners. Mattress firm but comfortable, clean room, parking in the shade available. Pleasant porch with table to enjoy an evening drink. In walking distance to the fabulous Samanea restaurant, one of Cambodia's best.

The shower heater was not working but it was okay because it was not too cold.

Helpful staff. Awesome pizza and very nice breakfast. We love Marina who is very helpful. The whole family are kind and accommodating. The bed is very comfy, the room is spacious.

It was about 3km from Kep Beach and 1.5k from the crab market, so you either need a motorbike or get tuk tuk everywhere.. it is 25 mins by tuk tuk to Kampot town

Peace and quiet off the main road. Lovely family business Home cooked Italian meals were delicious. Stall in crab market had the best Cafe Latte.....was unusual to find it in such a bustling local place

Lovely place and the hosts are truly wonderful and so helpful! Assisted us with our departure to rabbit island, and also let us wash some of our laundry there even though they didn’t offer laundry services. And the Italian food is absolutely amazing! The in house and the pizza that they get.

Occasional mosquitos and flies getting into room via the bathroom. May be beneficial to offer a mosquito net.

Helpful family. Able to easily rent a motorbike to get around Kep. Nice private outside areas with rooms. The aircon worked well and you can refill water bottles easily.

amazing family, sweet animals. super accommodating and super helpful!! motorbikes for rent, let us leave our bags when we wanted to do to rabbit island, they printed our visas for us and we’re able to book bus to Vietnam, also they had great pizza too! just so so kind and helpful, sweet family. overall it was a great stay. I’d recommend to stay here if you’re in kep.

Very friendly host. Quiet venue. It is possible to hire a motorbike. They serve breakfast and homemade italian meals. It is very delicious. It is also possible to make travel arrangements to Vietnam and Bangkok. I really enjoyed the stay there and recommend the Hostel.

Clean, courteous and reasonably priced. We took a double room with AC and rented a motorbike for the duration of our stay which allowed us to zip about Kep. It has a chilled and relaxed atmosphere where we were supposed to only stay one night and ended up staying five. We took the moto to the beach, to kampot and to different restaurants. Highly recommend.

The property is 2 to 3km from Kep beach so you need to use a tuk tuk or better still hire a scooter for 6 dollars per day. Graziano organised the scooter hire so all very straightforward. We hired a scooter for the 2 weeks we stayed.

Graziano and his family were wonderful hosts. They are friendly and welcoming with a very happy and relaxed attitude. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were always helpful. The property is very quiet and relaxing and we liked it so much we stayed an extra week.

great cozy place to stay at! while our Cambodia journey we stayed there for 2 nights. owners are friendly couple who speak English very well! Room was clean and comfortable - we slept very good while there. Also it's possible to hire a motorbike through the owner - we rented honda air blade in reasonable condition just for 6$ per day - so we made a trip to Bokor!
