Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything! We have stayed in a few of the Onederz hostels around Cambodia and honestly if they had hostels available in other countries we would probably just stay there! Always a good vibe, amazing food in restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as good coffee and drink options. Great pools available, all the staff are lush, really helpful and tours on offer for very reasonable prices.

GermanyThe only thing that was really not ok was that the cleaning of the bath rooms start around 6.30 and the cleaning team was extremly loud. This is something they neex to change as they soll a plave to sleep and on the one hand music until late and then waking guests up because of early and loud cleaning. Still a nice place :)
The staff was very friendly. The hostel is in a very good location and walking distance to the markets. You can chose different tours if you like. There are community events in the evening also with music but I thought it was ok. Anyway it"s good to bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise.

United KingdomGreat location within walking distance of the famous vibrant Pub Street with night markets, riverside street food stalls (cheap food probably even tastier than some of the awful cafe standard restaurants). The hostel is relatively modern with great communal area (lots of table and chairs) for socialising or just catching up on your social media, do internet stuffs etc. The hostel doesn’t appear to restrict guests from bringing outside food but I highly recommend trying the food from its own restaurant as the price is so reasonable (like only very marginally more expensive than street food stalls) but offers more variety (including Japanese food etc) and def of high quality, their cooks are competent. The whole place is kept clean, bathrooms are great (modern), English speaking staff at reception very competent at helping guests. They help change money too.

Definitely one of the best hostels on my trip to SE Asia! So clean (cleaning multiple times of day), 3 pools, social and lots of events. Easy to book Angkor Wat tours. The restaurant inside had really good food too.

ThailandOnly one receptionist in the morning shift didn’t have the best attitude when answering questions. However, she quickly adjusted and improved her tone after noticing, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I'm very impressed with the staff and hospitality :)
The dorm was super comfortable with quiet beds and A.C. always running. The restaurant and tours were great and fairly priced, and the free activities were a fun bonus! I was especially impressed by three new staff members—one short with bangs, one tall with long hair tan skin (I dont remember their names), and Karona—who were genuinely kind and full of good energy. Karona was our guide on the sunset cycling tour, and she was amazing!
