Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaEverything ok but I came from long route they gave us first room which Ac or Refrigerator are not working. I said several time after they changed room and there are same problem. AC working But refrigerator are not working😑. After 3 calls they send housekeeping.
The hotel was clean, wifi work great and situated at near market riverside park, and all things.☺️

FranceCats enter in the hotel at night. First nice I was awaken by a cat fight by my door. Second evening we found cat piss and poop in front of our door. We asked an employee to take care of it, he took out the poop and left the big pool of piss, that remained there until the following morning when cleaning staff came. Not very nice, which is a shame because the hotel would have been nice otherwise

The location is fine; 5 minutes walk to Riverside. The room had a basic standard with a comfortable double bed and it is absulutely "value for money" Breakfast till 10.30 perfect for me, a choice from a-la-carte-meny and a small bowl of salat every day, perfect. And good coffee :)

GermanyThe room can be super noisy as the door to the balcony is not airtight, specially on the weekends. The air conditioning system is not super, it works but takes a lot of time to cool the temperature.
The location was very good. A number of restaurants providing good Khmer as well as western dishes are situated on the street. There are also many night clubs, money exchange facilities and ATMs nearby. The royal palace and Mekong river is only 10 minutes walk.

My request to booking.com did not reach the hotel.. the room allocated on check-in was street side and noisy. A room change next morning fixed things. The rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful and provided a fan. Everything else as per your description.

The location, close to the Riverside and the Royal Palace, is very good. Using tuktuk you can go to all tourist areas in a short time. The hotel has a restaurant, where you can eat any time.

IndiaI stayed in room no.203, AC swing was not working, power point is loose. Staffs are not friendly. They did not let me one hour late checkout. They gave me maximum 30 minute. So I had to go to the airport very early.

SpainThe AC drains into the bathroom, so the floor will always be wet. Not really an issue, but uncomfortable.
Near the pub street, but without all the hassle and noise. The hotel has elevator, which is not really a given in many places. After a day of raining, water started leaking from the AC, they immediately changed us to a new room and called the maintenance guy. So, in our experience they know how to handle issues promptly and efficiently. The hotel is what it is. It’s not luxurious, but the rate also reflects that, doesn’t it?
