They did not have a microwave, and because we had food from the restaurant the night before, we could not heat it up in our room, so we had to eat it cold....but that wasn't a major flaw.

We didn't like how dark the hallways are. We understand the need to save energy, but surely there are ways to make it feel more welcoming and less dark.

The hotel told me that my payment didn’t include the breakfast, so I had to pay additionally when we checked out. It may not be so much related to the hotel, but more to booking.com. When I reserved the hotel online, there was no option with/or without breakfast. So I assumed we paid for everything before we checked in. Please look at these issues as it’s frustrating and affects the overall experience.

All staff was exceptional, but my interaction were mainly with Vanessa at the reception. She was sharp, solutions oriented, super supportive all the time. Many thanks to her🙏

First the hotel transport is almost 5 times of what one would pay a taxi or uber. Also the time we waited for the person who was to fetch us. We would probably have been on our way in the uber. The other issue I have is with the bed. The mattress sinks in at the middle. It's probably out of over use. Lastly, the toilet flush needs to be worked on for proper operation.

The best part of the hotel was the visit to the gym and Demson . He was so helpful full with telling me what to do with my work out. He was really good. The best part of the stay btw this review written by ishwar hodha.

The room service didn't open our bottled drinks for us and we waited 45 mins for them to come back and do so. The food was okay overall. The breakfast buffet wasn't too great for us.

improvements: Restaurant. staff to ask customer before taking the empties away. on the final day of checkout... no hot shower as it turns out the boiler was turned off due to maintenance.

Friendly staff; requested early break fast due to international flight timing and that was arranged very smoothly. Early check in upon request was met.

The bathroom showers were quite old and rusty.

The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable. The manager, John, was excellent with his client services. The rooms were clean and cleaned at regular hours so that if you were occupying the room at one time of the day, they’d come back and clean at another time of the day.

The breakfast could be complemented with an option of pancakes or other more continental options. Now it has a lot of savoury choices.

The hotel is conveniently situated near to our office in Nairobi. It has a nice terrace for having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and looked for a solution to accomodate a change in our booking schedule.
