The staff was very friendly and super helpful. It was in a great location with many restaurants and markets nearby. The rooms were very decent and clean. The beds were comfy.

The prices are quite high for both drinks at the bar and food compared to other hotels in Nrb. That means i cant invite my friends to dine thea or for a drink. Its just too expensive

The location is perfect. Rooms are spacious. I was lucky to get a renovated room because the other rooms are outdated. Services offered are good at reception and dining. Accomodating staff. Thank you

Air conditioning not working in lounge area. Furniture in lounge aging.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good array of fresh food. Staff were very professional and customer friendly. Front desk staff have a good flair for hispitality. Restaurant and Lobby Bar staff outstanding. Special mention to room cleaning staff Ms Ruth. Irreproachable work commitment. Very good snack menu👍

The room had no functional air condition and yet Nairobi is very hot at the moment. Efforts to have it rectified yielded nothing.

Breakfast was very good although the US $ 30 charged for it seems on a high side.

Room initially was rather dark, even it had a lovely old style beaudoir type decor. Staff were very obliging in moving to another

Staff were very welcoming and service-minded, and were also very obliging in moving to another room. Enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, as well as the fitness centre, where staff and users were really friendly. Special thanks to the in-situ coach Patrick for a good workout.

Some of the hotel staff were very impolite. The food at the restaurant took about 4 business days to arrive and you'll have to remortgage your house to afford the laundry. The hot water also didn't work at times. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Your restaurant for lunch and dinner is not attractive. Hence I had my midday and evening meals outside the hotel.

The breakfast was really excellent. And your location is perfect especially so after my former favourite Hilton Hotel was closed.

Rooms facing the University are noisy so peaceful nights not possible Linen and furniture rather tired, replacements would be nice TV.. stations/channels listed but not there Being picked from the airport by a taxi not Hotel's own like before, I guess this function has been outsourced but........?

I regularly stay here due to the location Separate bedroom, separate lounge Staff who are welcoming and willing to go an extra mile Fruit platter on arrival a nice touch

The towels were clean but too old. They need to change them. They need to invest in weighted blankets and also extra blankets for those who might be cold in the night (didn't apply to me). The couch was too uncomfortable for me! Room service was almost always engaged, which was disappointing!

The locale is quiet and peaceful yet right in the city. Walk score for this location is 100 because I could walk to most amenities. I liked the staff very much. Very respectful and accommodating. Menu was not big which makes it a less complicated selection. The food was very good.

Next to the main road and the noise of the cars made sleeping bit uncomfortable.

Just stayed for an overnight. The place is in the Nairobi downtown. The breakfast was really good and hotel staff were very welcoming.

We travelled as a small group, and although the rooms were great there were some problems. The hotel is old, and we liked the old style. However, it was not cleaned properly - and the room facing the main room had poor windows, thus the noise from the traffic was quite loud.

The location is in the Central business district, so everything in the city centre is easily accessable. The rooms we got was really big, and the beds was a dream. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was great. Staff was friendly and polite
