It was very noisy due to its proximity to the main roads. They should install noise cancellations to the rooms. Also the beddings were old and appeared dirty especially pillows and bedsheets.

The Staff were very good. The property was also well secured.

We checked out on Saturday and requested our invoice, but were informed that we would have to wait until Monday due to staff being out. This is not standard practice.

Although breakfast was included, we had to pay for it. The breakfast was below standard and it took more than an hour to prepare.

Disappointed that the steam sauna facilities were unavailable. It was one of the major things we were looking forward to doing while there.

Wifi connection was working but could be improved, there is a chaotic mess of extenders and repeaters rather then a centrally managed mesh network leading to security issues and bad reception.

Location is really superb. Close to city centre, very quiet and peacefull, safe and not much traffic issues. Plenty of restaurants in Kilimani. Appartments are a bit outdated but no worn down. Facilities are good and breakfast is prepared fresh rather than a buffet.

Finding the reception was difficult as there were no signs. Breakfast could be better. The balcony view was toward the street outside the compound.

Very spacious apartment for a family or a group. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets. A nice Chinese hotpot restaurant within 3 min walk. The street seemed safe, mostly hotels there. We stayed only one night so no comment on the facilities. The pool seemed clean though.

We were using the place as a base for safari trips so we had early morning departures. The coordination between security and the admin staff could have been more on point. Poor security folks had to make super early phone calls to confirm whether we could leave. That caused unnecessary delays on 2 occasions.

Would be great if food services are extended to include dinner. Now, we had to go out in order to get dinner. Access to (very nice) spa facilities is only limited, on alternating days for men and women. Would be easier if you could book them or if there were no gender restrictions. Smoking seems to be allowed in the halls. Would be better if the buildings would be smokinhg-free. The number/variety of utensils in the kitchen could be extended.

Great value for money. Very spacious apartments with many bedrooms and a kitchen, perfect for families. Great that there is a pool, tasteful breakfast and laundry service available. The comound is green and secure. Nice part of town. We will defintely come back.

The treatment we received on the final day. We were treated badly and rudely especially by the manager. We were not of the check out time and on enquiry since our lift was 45minutes late, we were forced to leave the apartment and waiting for our lift in the street alternately to pay 50% of the day rate, ridiculous

Lifts to our 4th floor apartment regularly out of service. Clean crockery and cuttlery left piled on drying rack - risking breakages. No drying cloth or kitchen roll provided. Our long stay did not have regular bed linen changed unless requested - We however got clean towels and toiletries daily.

Location was perfect. Good security - security staff were excellent. Daily Housekeeping appreciated.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment where only 1 attached bathroom in the master bedroom and a common bathroom for the rest of the two rooms. It would have been better if 3 attached bathrooms were there. Other than that, this is a fantastic place to stay!
