The staff was accommodative and friendly, issues raised were attended to immediately, the food was excellent and variety, the environment was ambiance and the view at the beach was excellent. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Bathrooms quite old and not well maintained and some of the restaurants (oriental) advertised were not in service

The toilet, no shataf, it's good to have shataf specially for your Muslim customers and my wife was complaining about the hot water shower

Breakfast and dinner is very good, the tea and coffee in the afternoon also good to have, the entertainment programs was wonderful, specially in this team, Elizabeth the way she treats my children was more than my expectation, pls pass my gratitude to her

The room seems not to have been used in a while, hence it was a little musky in the first few days. But the housekeeping staff made sure it was hospitable and they sprayed air freshner to enhnace the freshness in the room.

The beach is breathtaking, very nice views. Breakfast has a wide variety and one is spoilt for choice. The 16:00hours tea is a bonus and vey nice for relaxing in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious and very clean, staff are polite and friendly. The hotel has great activities that cater to all age groups, a real vacation spot.

The hotel is abit rundown. Needs some renovations, for example in the bathrooms The food can get monotonous if your stay is long. Not a wide variety for kids as well.

Beautiful beach front hotel. Lovely, large and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. Also a big balcony with lovely views, but because of the monkeys we rarely used it. The staff were proffesional and very friendly and kind😊. Special shout out to Mr. Hamad from the service team. He went out of his way to really take care of us, thank you :) The hotel is good for families, also with small kids. Interesting activities for kids to do each day and the evening entertainment is also OK. What we enjoyed the most was the main pool, us adults and kids :). Lovely chill out area. Nice music but can be too loud, we didn't mind. There is another pool though if one needs quiet and peace, where kids aren't allowed. Food was good. I particularly enjoyed and loved the kaimatis, mahamri and viazi karai at breakfast. Yummy😋 The beach is beautiful but the beach boys can be a nuisance. We really had a good good time here and we do recommend 😇

The buildings are dated, could do with renovation.

The swimming pool attendant called Benard was excellent. Very child friendly and available. The entire staff in the dinning area were amazing, always serving with a smile The room attendants were always at hand to help with whatever needs Access to beach was a highlight.

Some staff kept badgering us about bills which were never forthcoming for our entire 5-day stay. Particularly from the dinners which didn't form part of our BnB. Next time try and generate the bills in real time so that we sign instantly as we go instead of waiting to follow us without the bills in hand - it was 'the bills are over 'there'; you didn't sign them' 🙄 We are here to relax and not do mental work.

I really enjoyed beach time - the hotel security 'maasais' patrol the hotel beach line, so vendors and beach boys won't disturb you. As a plus they shoo away cheeky monkeys trying to steal your snacks 😃 The children loved the swimming pools and the playground. I also really enjoyed the daily 11.00 am activities by Dan and his troupe. We relieved our childhood playing water polo. The aerobics was super fun! The stretches worked! The food was well done and even the picky little eaters thought it was yummy! Especially our orders from the beach restaurant. The grilled prawns with coconut rice was our staple 😋 Solomon the bartender was exceptional at his work and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of - our drinks and cocktails came just like we liked them! He is very keen to detail. The room service staff was very polite and clean. We had rooms 3032 and 3033 & we really want to appreciate the gentleman who cleaned and tidied our rooms. We didn't find him as we checked out 😔 I didn't get to try out the spa, maybe next time. We took some beautiful photos by the palm trees and huge coral rock in the middle of the pool. One word - scenic!

The food made me sick on two consecutive days. The night time entertainment was a bit dull. The shower leaked into the room itself. The staff did take a while to bring drinks but it is understandable.

The beach access, the pool, the business center, the nature and the room view. The meals were frequent. The tea was nice and the pastries they came with were good. The marmots and monkeys weren't too aggressive.

The room with the games (pool, ping pong) needed a little more maintenance and I'd appreciate if they could try to fix the broken object to make it better.

The resort was amazing, the food was great, the view was amazing and I even got to learn how to swim.

No hot water in our room (not a huge problem since the weather is very warm anyway) & the water from the shower & taps was salty. The hotel could do with a general freshen up (some areas are showing their age)

Location is perfect, Staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities that are in use are well maintained, wifi was good throughout the hotel, Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good but not exceptional, price is very reasonable in comparison to other similar hotels.
