The location is superb, a few minutes walk from terminal 3 and the bedroom was very comfortable.

Slightly better signage from the terminal and within the hotel would have been useful.

Ideally located adjacent to T3 at Haneda so was great for an early morning check-in. The fact the rooftop onsen was open 24hrs was brilliant - though sadly my hoped for sunrise view of Mt Fuji was not to be with rain clouds around!

Nothing about the property was deficient.

Due to typhoon, connecting flight cancelled and needed a room close to airport to facilitate rescheduling flight and handling of luggage. Ease of being at the airport made everything easy.

This was an amazing airport hotel! The location can not be any better. It has fantastic amenities - spa, great food court. It exceeded my expectations for what a hotel airport hotel could be.

The best and the best, LOCATION. It's a 5-10 mins walk(depends on your physical ability and number of baggage or other factors) from the T3 arrival hall. The lobby/ reception is very beautiful and grand. Can do check in with the hotel receptionist or the self check kiosk. There's ABCD entrance and washing machine located near B & C entrance. (you can pay with IC card or cash, and check the remaining washing time on TV located in your room) Hotel Cloak room can receive parcel for guests (information and details please check with hotel before) and luggage storage, borrow scale for weigh in your luggage/souvenoir Hotel room key is essential to enter your room main entrance and so dose the elevator. Room is in a good size, adequate lights and comfortable bed, duvet and a set of comfort wear and sleeper (which you can wear them to the Onsen). Bathroom is good, water pressure is great and the toiletries are good quality. Another sparking of the Hotel is the Onsen/hot spring (Izumi Tenku no Yu), multiple hot springs baths(indoor outdoor), sauna, steam room. You even catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji on clear days. \ A restaurant located inside, and can book extra SPA options, vending machine for variety drinks options. remember use the Kiosk machine for calculation(any extra purchases inside the Onsen area) before you leave. Please be aware, NO PHONE or any photo/video recording equipment are allow inside the Onsen area!! be respectful. This is the reason I keep coming back !!!!!

Convenient for the Terminal. Friendly Staff and easy check-in....although it's always nice to actually speak to someone rather than a machine. But those staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Good Stay...Would recommend it.

Excellent location and excellent spa. Very efficient check in and out process. I stayed at this hotel when I arrived at Haneda airport. Since the hotel service is so good and location is so convenient that I booked it again for the night before my departure date.

Corridors quite long, like the big hotels in Vegas! Apart from that, no other negatives.

New and very modern. Room had everything I needed. Very comfortable. Check in was easy with many staff available to help. Plenty of restaurant and shops located on the 1st and 2nd floors with lots of choices of cuisine. Great stop over choice. Each level has a vending machine and microwave.

It was attached to the airport, easy walk to the hotel. Travelling alone, I felt safe. I had to store my suitcase until my flight at night and the process was super convenient and staff was friendly.

the hotel is right outside Haneda airport and customers can even push luggage cart into hotel room. So convenient! On site onsen spa facility provides very good services. Small shopping plaza offers many dinner options. Besides, room rate is also very reasonable.

Machine check in felt very impersonal. Lack of staff at check is disappointing in this price range. It was fast, but lacked a personal touch - or even a friendly voice! First message on the TV was not to expect breakfast as the queues at 7:30 are too long and could be 30 mins long...

Amazing location - essentially in Terminal 3. Does exactly what is says on the tin: airport hotel. Don't expect anything amazing and don't expect to be able to have breakfast. We felt that it was very expensive for what it offered.

Digital check in with key board in Japanese letters were tricky as I was not much familiar with, especially after a long flight.
