We only stayed one night but it was such a lovely hotel to welcome us into Japan. The room was so fun! Massive projector screen for watching chromecast and electric beds. The bar on the top floor is also excellent the cocktails were delicious, original and well priced. Huge selection of toiletries from the toiletry bar and in the room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Disappointed we didn’t get more time here. Nice value for money.

Lack of washing machines and dryers, had to walk about 5-6 minutes to a laundromat and had the unfortunate timing of rain. Didn't find the pajamas or kettle easily.

Room was very spacious and clean. Had most the accommodations we needed. The bunk beds were nice with the extra privacy curtain. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Very easy check out. Roof top access offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

Bathroom Cocktail lounge was expensive.

Lovely hotel, room was a little small, so we paid for an upgrade. The bathroom was different, but we managed. Loved the free beer hour brings other travellers together. Loved how clean the hotel was, staff were friendly and helpful.

The English of some staff members could have been better but they were nevertheless very helpful! This was only applicable to one or two members.

The location was excellent and the room was decent sized. The staff all where very helpful. There where a lot of accommodations at the hotel for the guests including a hotel and bar!

The music was quite loud and in all the spaces of the hotel. When you have breakfast or sit in the lobby a more relaxed musicvibe could have been nice.

Very nice room with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the pooltable in the lobby and the rooftop terrace at night was great after a day in the city.

The location is a little bit far from the main attractions of Osaka, such as Dotonbori street. We mainly travelled by metro since most places were not within walking distance. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity are somewhat scarce, one would have walk to find more options.

Room size was fairly large when compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and quite modern. Beautiful bar on the roof with a view of the city, although it was a little on the expensive side. Location is quiet and close to the metro entrance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beer was offered for an hour in the evening.

The laundry is not in the building!!! It's a 3 min walk from the hotel.

A wonderful hotel, walking (30 min) distance from Osaka castle and Osaka history museum (a must)! Metro station 3 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel has a youthful vibe, breakfast is a la carte, just 3 choices, but very good. The view from the roof is fabulous! There is a bar (and a free beer one hour a day) and a Cafe in the building. A nice lounge where one can work and have some free tea/coffee. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

The location is interesting as it’s not far from things (a metro ride) but not close and the hotel doesn’t fit the neighborhood. The hotel feels like a very high end boutique hotel but it’s kind of tucked into a series of alleyways.

The hotel is very modern and trendy. Rooms are large and great shower. Great staff. A lot of amenities that were complimentary. Excellent public spaces including the lobby with DJ and rooftop bar.

Staff was very friendly and helpuf during our whole stay. Location is excellent only 2min walk from subway station. Around hotel there are lots of convenient stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Hotel offers free coffee and tea for their guests on 2F which was very nice.
