Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel does have laundry facilities, however be mindful there are only two washes for the hotel so you will have to prepare accordingly.
Very helpful and friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location with train stations within walking distance.

beautiful hotel, located in a quiet part of Tokyo near the Tokyo tower. The amenities provided to guests in the rooms have been the best i have ever come across in my years of travel- skin care products, toothbrushes/ toothpaste, hairbrushes, bath salts etc and i really appreciated having use of the handheld steamer which was of great quality. The room was smaller than i had expected but intelligent design meant that even with three suitcases and 3 adults you can make it work. staff were amazing incredibly friendly and as as someone obsessed with books it was a dream aesthetic- would definitely book again next time i’m in tokyo

IndiaLocation was very good . Just 500 meters away from 2 metro stations. Super markets and Indian restaurants at a walkable distance. Rooms very not very spacious but of a fair sizes. Bathroom was nice and very clean. Rooms and the hotel lobby were very well decorated. Staff was very polite and extremely co operative.

United KingdomIn terms of space, it was a bit tight, however this is generally the case for anywhere in Tokyo. There was some dust in the rooms but very minimal. Overall, a good stay.
Staff spoke English well, and rooms were loaded with amenities. We were allowed to check in past midnight. Everything within the hotel felt whole with nothing out of place - even the room key cards were wooden to match the aesthetics. Hotel is situated in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and key locations nearby. It’s also not too far from the stations.

this was the first hotel of our Japan trip and we were very impressed! The hotel's location was great, staffs were very friendly and it was furnished with everything we needed. We arrived the hotel at 8:30am due to a morning flight and they allowed us to check in early without any extra charge!
