It was 100 degrees F outside and the AC didn’t get the room cool enough.

Staff and buffet in AM. Amazing. You’d pay 60-80 USD for that in US. Their chef is amazing and offered both western and Japanese.

Great location, not too far from trains, right across from Lawson and Natural Lawson, and a few blocks away from drug store and 711. Attentive staff and a good sized room.

The single room was smaller than I expected and the view outside the window was on a close street.

The room was smaller than I expected but the overall cleanliness and the fact that there was a wooden floor inside the room (moquette was only outside in the floor aisle) have been a plus. Furthermore, I have really appreciated the care set with additional items for the ladies that the staff offered for free at the check in (sheet masks, extra face care products that you can choose etc). Great location.

The lobby is a bit small with no chairs or sofas. Tourist maps were not available. The cost of meals were too high. The room was too small with the bed talking up most of the space and our only view was was the side wall of an office building.

Location is the hotel's most attractive feature. The interior is a blend of art deco and Spanish California Colonial that provides a slightly exotic yet homey and comfortable feeling. Great room amenities, a large bathtub and simple to use shower. Hotel staff were courteous and efficient.

Easy access to public transport and very friendly staff. Hotel interior is welcoming and friendly. Very good hotel for a short stay before travelling via Shinkansen. The room size is ok, but can be a bit small with bigger suitcases.

The room was quite small for two Australian travellers with large suitcases. Had we been aware we would have booked a larger room. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we thought the fixed rate was a bit expensive. We paid approx $60 for late check out until 3pm.

The hotel was well located in Ginza. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel interior feels quite dated and could do with some renovation. The Reception room is pretty underwhelming and does not create a great impression. The staff at the desk is professional, however no extra effort or politeness, which is a bit unusual for Japan’s standards. Our room was quite small and once we opened two suitcases, it felt very crowded with no space to move around. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of different food, but no gluten-free options apart from salad and fruits. The hotel does not cater for customers with food intolerance, but this is the norm in other hotels as well.

The major strength and attraction of this hotel is the location in the heart of Ginza, close to amenities and 20 minutes from Tokyo station.

Ideal location a short walk to the main Tokyo Railway Station. A nice part of the city lots of bars and cafes nearby. Staff went out of their way to be a help. Cannot fault this hotel.

We made reservation in Jan but I checked price two days before arrival. The price is 10000 yen lower for two nights. Is it adjustable?

Good breakfast because of a lot of choice and good taste. We enjoyed ourselves due to good location.

Just a minor issue - if you got large suitcases, the room is a bit tight for opening more than one large suitcases in the room.

The toiletries are well-equipped, wifi is strong and stable, with an option to choose whether there is room cleaning every day or simply change of towels & refill of toiletries without room cleaning. Staff speaks good English so there is no communication problem, has an offer to buy metro day pass at the reception which is convenient. Bathroom is clean and bright.
