Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this modern guest house. Clean, tidy and spacious enough for 4 adults. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable making recommendations of notable places in the area. There is a shared space for guests where you can lounge if you wish, kitchen facilities for reheating meals, water dispenser and ice at the ready which was truly appreciated given the warm weather. The guest house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Nippori which makes you feel like you are among the locals. There is a grocery several blocks away and a highly rated bakery nearby. Nippori station is about 10 mins on foot.

Great little hotel in a quiet residential area. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and speak good English. Amenities were good. The room was small but comfortable. It’s a short distance away from a couple of train stations, and close to a convenience store, coin laundry and a great little bakery.

Quiet location at the end of the street. Coin laudry, supermarket, bakery and convinience stores just few steps from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel for Tokyo stay.

FranceLoved everything about my stay at the Guest House. I had high expectations after reading the previous guests' comments, but it was even better than expected! First, the staff is lovely and very welcoming. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful pistachio tatami on the floor and excellent storage options for the luggage. I found the common spaces very convenient. The location is also perfect and a great way to discover the more residential side of Tokyo. Good running routes around as well. Would happily come back!

NetherlandsExcellent guest house in Tokyo. Resided in a quiet and cute neighbourhood close to Nippori station and easy to reach from Narita airport. The staff in the guest house were amazing; super friendly and accommodating. The rooms and overall facilities super clean and well-equipped. Sheets and towels were cleaned everyday! Overall, this place was a bargain and the perfect stay. We stayed here for three days after landing in Tokyo, and another four days before we left home again because it was so nice. I can recommend to anyone from couples to families.

Everything was perfect. Service was amazing. Before even ariving to WAGOKORO, we got message with how to get to them, which helped us a lot. The moment we came into the hotel, we got help with our suitcases and were greeting with very nice staff. Everything was explained to us, we had option to make iced coffee, tea. Room was nice and clean (a bit smaller, but that was expected). Everyday we got cleaning service, staff was very helpful, we got recommendations for nearest restaurants and they even made a reservation for us, because in restaurant they weren't speaking English! We also got recommendations for festivals, that we visited thanks to them. The location is very nice and calm, close to it there is washing machines, that you can use. 7-eleven or FamilyMart was also close and opened 24/7. Train was away like 8 minutes, so it was very close.This hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to. Staff was amazing and they did they job exceptionally well. Will come again! Thank you!
