new, excellent location for taking public transport. clean and quiet. one canteen at ground floor with free coffee, water and tea bags. I stayed on 3rd floor can enjoy maintain view. staffs understand english.

The washing machine and dryer require an app to be downloaded in order to pay and use. It would be easier if it is slot-coin operated. The breakfast given in boxes with same content becomes a little boring after 2 days.

Restaurants are a bit far except for a few. Far from the Aso shrine. There were dryers and washing machines but need to download app to use. Dryer malfunctioned twice but somehow worked the next morning when I tired again.

Located just a stone throw from the main bus terminal and Aso train station. Very new hotel. Amazing view from room window on higher floors facing Mount Aso. Lovely, comfortable lobby area with wooden tables and chairs , as well as a pantry with coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven and free tea bags and miso soup.

Great location, right next to Aso station. Despite this, very quiet. Very helpful staff. Although no food options, there were a couple of microwaves etc. in the communal area, with lots of seating and tables.

Bed was a little too plush and end up with a little aching back in the morning.

Location is great and view of the volcano is fantastic too. Place is modern and well detailed and spacious rooms by Japanese standards. Interesting open toilet concepts make the room feel more spacious and nice lounge sofa day bed by the window is nice touch.

You can't control the temperature of the air conditioner. The room seemed a little hot in June.

Not much in terms of restaurants in the area for dinner. Many open only for lunch, close very early for dinner or one would have had to make reservations for dinner beforehand.

Spanking brand new hotel. Everything was superbly clean, comfy & new. The beds were excellent - super comfy! The layout of the room was functional too. We had interconnecting rooms. Perhaps it would help if the doors between the rooms could open out 180 degrees...currently it only opens to 90 degrees & it blocks the walkways if we want to keep the 2 rooms "connected".

Wish it was more immediately obvious that there were frozen meals available for purchase from the hotel (though the konbini is right nearby so it's not a problem either way)

It is a bit more expensive than the avarage hotels in the area. But I think it is one the nicest around.

The room was so beautiful, clean and with the most comfortable bed. It’s just by the station so it’s very convenient to get to mt aso. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and printed the bus schedule for me. Thank you!

Comfortable hotel in great location beside train and bus station. No catering facilities, but a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor and a Lawson supermarket just up the road, and one very good restaurant a short walk away. Don't miss the fountain and light show in front of the station in the evening!

Nothing at all!

I was blown away by the location and the interior comfort of the hotel. The room felt new and very well maintained. Clean and comfortable beds with well thought out amenities in the room. It is also just next to the Aso train station. My room view was a mountain view which was breathtaking. Hotel also provide free usage of the microwave and free coffee, miso soup, etc that you can conveniently make and enjoy a cuppa at the reading room area.
