We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great, so close to the station. Very easy to access all of the sights in Takayama. Breakfast was great, I really enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast, and there was a lot to choose from here.

Malaysiathe smell of ciggrate so strong.
hi, im from malaysia. I come to takayama buy bus from Kamikochi bus terminal. The Takayama bus terminal and JR is just in front of the hotel. Alot of souvenir and convinent store. They change your towels, dispose grabage everyday. How ever they did not have non smoking room. The smell is quite strong. PLease request for air freshner. Other than that, everything is superb. Must stay here.

CanadaIt was not easy to carry the luggage and walk to the 2nd floor for check-in. Only after checking in did we find out that there is an elevator on the other side of the building that one can take and go to 2/F for reception. Every time we went out we needed to hand back the key and leave with the receptionist. And there was no verification to get back our key when we returned. While we understood that they don't want travellers to lose the keys, from my perspective I hesitated to hand in the key because of our valuables inside the room, and I didn't feel safe with the key just put on their counter, and without any verification, we just got our key back by telling our room numbers.
Great location - right at the bus terminal with souvenir stores and a convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was awesome. Functional room although very compact (small like an inside cabin on a cruise)
