Comfortable ambience, not too close and keep good distance with hotel guests. Breakfasts at rooftop restaurant are marvelous & delightful

I paid for this room for 3 people me my wife and my child. But still I had to pay for breakfast for child. I felt it was unnecessary. I was little disappointed.

Just stayed one night when we went to the snow monkey park, as a stop between Kanazawa and Tokyo. The hotel was nice and is decently close to the Station.

The room (single) was absolutely massive. The bed was super comfy. While the hotel is close to the train tracks, I could barely hear them. The hotel is close to both the Shinkansen station (where you catch the buses also) and the local private train line. Also close to the city centre (Temple, zoo, etc.). I did try their Japanese breakfast: top floor restaurant, great views, massive buffet, yummy food! Good communication with the staff.

The hotel has its own parking lot with fees. I am ok with the fees but the entrance of the parking lot is really narrow. With my mediocre driving skill, I have to pray for not getting any scratches, lol. If you get scared with something like this easily, please consider leaving your car at a nearby paid parking lot(there are many of them) and do not even bother trying to get into the hotel parking lot.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Even though compared to its competitor in town (the one with popular breakfast with panoramic view from the top floor) , this one is quite low key, the variety of buffet lines is smaller and not as panoramic view, the quality of food is very good and the breakfast hall is very cozy and clean, and still, you get some decent views of Nagano mountains. The staff are very attentive to guests and always refills the food trays. Comparing to the most famous one, I like them equally. I like the idea of not giving water bottles to each room but providing a drink bar at the lobby. It’s more environmental friendly. But still, I think guests should know this before coming as they will be able to bring their own bottles or tumbler. The lobby is also very nice. I love their choice of books. They are suitable for vacations.

Fridge functioned more like an icebox and was not working very well. Ice-cream and other frozen products melted - had to keep ice from the dispenser in the fridge to keep the overall temperature low.

Clean, well-furnished and spacious rooms. About a 10minutes walk from Nagano station. I liked the many free drinks and amenities (self-service luggage storage, shoe cleaner) available at the lobby. Staff were helpful and professional. Quite a good deal and affordable for what you get in exchange

It’s a little further away from the station than I expected. Could hear the train passing as the track is next to the hotel though it didn’t bother us too much.

The TV is old and couldn't support screen cast. Miss some entertainment.

Staff was very friendly, and the room is 20 m2 , so it's big than others and you will get a massage chair and bath. Also the breakfast is very Japanese style, if you would like to try the food with Nagano style, it will be nice choice.

We were in a triple room as we have 3 people and the mattress protector of the sofa bed is not very clean and also there is no bedsheet. However the staff is helpful and brings the bedsheet to us.

The location is good, with many shops within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with many variety and food is very nice. The staff is also very helpful and try their best to help despite the language challenge.

The room was spacious, and the bed confortable. There is a massaging chair in the room which is a very nice addition. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. The train station is a 10min walk so location was good.

This is a really convenient hotel when arriving by train from nagano station - it is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel was well positioned and quiet. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful and luggage could be stored easily when arriving before the check-in time. We didn't have any meals at the hotel and so can't comment on these. The room was small but had everything that we needed.

It is dated in its fit out but was still comfortable and very clean.

We chose it for closeness to the station. It was within close walking distance. Although right on train line it was very quiet.

My room was spacious. The free locker to keep the luggage at the entrance was convenient so that I could pick it up later. The books related to Nagano on the lounge are a great idea. I could notice the staff and bring the books into my room for reading.

Exceptionally good breakfast! The room is also solid and clean and the hotel is very centrally located.
