Costa RicaThat the 7th floor didn’t have water fountain, washer or luggage storage. Also no elevator either 🤷🏻♂️ but that didn’t really hurt my experience as the other floors were much busier. The dryer is very very slow and doesn’t heat up enough, 1h to dry 1/4 of a load is a bit inneficient.
It was EXTREMELY well located. Literally 2 blocks away from the Glico running man in dotonbori. Neigbohood is perfectly safe and busy enough at anytime - the building is kinda tucked away so you don’t hear any noise at least on the 7th floor. Staff was super attentive and nice, Hellen was amazing, kind and patient with all guests!

TurkeyAt the entrance of the showers,the air conditioner hits so hard as soon as you open the door. Lift is not working to 7th floor,have to take stairs from 6 to 7. Station entrances and exits are a little complicated and difficult to find to reach the location.

CanadaSeventh floor could not be reached by the elevator and their luggage and lockers were located on the sixth floor.
Great location, steps from Dotonbori and an easy walk from the JR station. Nice to have 24 hour staff in reception. Quiet, clean, lots of showers and toilets as there is a lot of sleeping pods on each floor. If travelling as a couple it is a bit awkward as the floors are strictly men’s only and women only.

United KingdomThe moving the baggage thing is weird and resulted in damage to my bag which was annoying and because there's no cameras watching them there's no way to see what happened. My ask would be just don't reorganise the bags, and if it does need moved maybe put a sticker or a note asking for the person to do it.
This is a superb location and I would really recommend it as a base for anyone spending any length of time in Osaka. Capsule is a comfy and quiet and there is limited space for food in the reception area, kettle and fridge, which was appreciated.

The front staff were down-to-earth; cool, cold lobby after walking too much; privacy between male / female floors; acceptable price; it’s what a “capsule experience” should be! Oh, like, right next to Dotonbori area. It was like Fremont Street experience of Las Vegas, with all stars in your eyes. Nice!

IndonesiaThe bed & pillow in my capsule is quite hard. I didn't really sleep well at night because of that. There is only 1 usb plug inside the capsule to charge your gadget.
Location is in Dotonbori area & near Namba Station. It is near some tourist spots. The facility is clean. The Toilet & shower room is very good. The hostel provide towel and amenities. The fare price is quite cheap considering that the hotel location is excellent. It's really worth the money. It has locker for storing your backpack & valuable goods.

CanadaI don’t like the kind of material that they use for the bed sheets. It’s loud when I move. I felt like I’m waking everyone every time I turn or move. Staff’s a bit distant or like doesn’t look friendly and approachable but they’re helpful though. They would assist you and all that.
The location is so perfect! Close to the Dotonbori Street and that famous Glico man. I love that they have a bath bag for all your bath stuff, along with your towel. So like for a girl like me that does a lot of stuff after a shower, it really helped! I don’t have to carry them all by hand. I also like the common area, very good air conditioning as I’m always hot lol. Aesthetic common area too! I also like that they have shared fridge for all the food/drinks you have. You just have to put your name on it. For me this hotel’s location is just so perfect for anyone who just wanna be closer to Dotonbori street. I could just go and have all the good foods in like 5 minutes walk.
