“The room, is very clean and spacious. Onsen was excellent The hotel is huge. Even though it ran at full occupancy, we see very few people at the lobby and onsen including the dining areas.. We had the half board. The kisekii dinner and breakfast was good. Staff are so friendly and helpful., always serve with a smile.
We so love the lounge. Great selection of music. Top it up, comes with complimentary drinks. Was super relaxing.. We really enjoyed it.

“The lounge was roomy and the tea served was great. The best were the massage chairs although they were occupied most of the time by other guests. We only got to use them once in our 3-days' stay. Would be great if there's such a chair in our room.

The room has its own private bath with the mineral water pumped up. But it also has a huge public bath with outdoor view.
