Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitThe air conditioner was not functioning well initially, which could impact comfort, though the staff did respond promptly. The lack of automatic entry for the parking lot requires guests to ring the car and wait for security to open the gate, which may be inconvenient.
Situated in a classy area with a pleasant atmosphere, offering a sense of safety and community. Most essential services, like pharmacies, salons, and coffee shops, are around the hotel. The Golden Gate Mall is just a 5-minute walk away. Convenient parking available in the basement and at the kerb of the hotel, making it easy for guests with vehicles. The staff is attentive and supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay and quick assistance when needed. Rooms are wide and clean. While the breakfast may not be the best, it is still offered and good. The hotel is located in an area with tidy and well-dressed individuals, enhancing the overall ambiance.

JordanStayed at Seas Hotel Amman recently and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa who works in the restaurant during breakfast. He was very energetic and made sure I had everything I needed for a good start to the day. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring Amman. Saudi ArabiaBathrooms are kinda small, and the water pressure in the toilet hose is harmingly strong it can wash your sins away lol Only two pillows, one of them is flat and for a couple that started a fight. The AC in room 314 is facing the bed and for some people it might be uncomfortable.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the second time I booked they gave me a room upgrade. It has a parking, the breakfast is nice, friendly staff.

SlovakiaThe wifi in our room was slow and didn't work well. The location has its pros and cons - it is very close to big hotel chains, but the traffic on the route nearby may be a bit loud.
The room was very spacious, filled with all the necessary amenities. There was a small hallway with a couch to accommodate potential visitors. We had a very nice selection of local and foreign meals for breakfast. The personnel was very helpful and kind.

Besides the clean room, the comfortable bed, the security guard, and the wonderful breakfast, there is Ramzi at the reception. He was so friendly and really happy to help. I really think that he gives the hotel a great look, especially as the first impression.
