Everything was perfect.

We had the best time at the Orbit Camp. Everyone at the camp and during the jeep tour that we did were super welcoming, nice and friendly. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you have all the comfort you need both at the camp and inside your tent. By the time we were there (June 2024) hopefully all the country was completely safe, so please consider not to cancel your Booking because these people really rely on their business to survive. You will have the best time at Orbit Camp!

Wifi can be finicky depending on location on site

Location was great. Seeing the sunset by walking over the hill 3 minutes is unbeatable. Being able to park on site is very convenient. Wonderful dinners and simple but filling breakfast. Very pleasant owner!

Orbit camp is a great camp in Wadi Rum, with great facilities, the dome tents are spacious and comfortable, the food was amazing and Mohammed was the perfect host! Always made sure we were happy and if we needed anything he was there! Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Wadi Rum, parking on site is ideal as well. We did our jeep tour from there (4 hours), we loved it and our guide was lovely, friendly and made the experience even better.

The food served could be better.

I LOVED this place. Such a cool location where you feel remote but still close to a gas station for snacks. The wifi worked well in the tents and best up in the eating area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. I also loved the friendly cat that would hang out with me in the morning.

Hospitality and treats are very nice. Very kind people. Even though we arrived late, they arranged a very nice room, and while we were on the road, they constantly sent messages and checked in until we got there. They also reserved food for us and waited until late to serve it. When the police stopped us and asked for an entrance fee to the Wadi Rum area, they helped us by talking to the police on the phone. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no problem with hot water and air conditioning. They were very helpful with prices and many other issues. The safari tour they arranged was also very enjoyable. The desert camp that should definitely be preferred in this region is orbit camp.

Place is amazing. Orbit camp has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. It’s one of the only camps that allows you to park your car at the actual camp. This is crucial in case you need quick access to your vehicle to go to the store, gas station, etc. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from Saleh. The food was great and the Martian tents are great to stay in.

None! Way better than even expected.

Mohammad is the main heart of this camp! 😊 We liked everything. We chose this camp after a thorough search of Bedouin camps in Wadi Rum area. We were looking for a unique and personal experience, with a little bit of luxury and clean living, and all of the points were met. We got a warming welcome at arrival, awesome 6 hour jeep tour through the desert with a nice sunset. Then a traditional, although simple (better for our stomachs), dinner, all while feeling through the local atmosphere. Owner came to us many times and asked if we needed anything and wanted us to be happy. We also saw the stars during the night. Breakfast was simple, yet very good. No disturbing noises from the nearby town, cars or anything. The furniture in the bubble was a little outdated, but clean, which was way more important. The “car park” in the area also includes a shadowed place, which is a huge plus.

Everything is perfect

Wonderful place. Every time we return to Wadi Rum we make a fixed stop in the Orbit Camp, equipped with all possible amenities in the middle of the desert. The rooms are spacious with private bathroom and are very detached from each other leaving privacy for guests. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The staff is always available to its customers. They offer services such as a 2/3/4 hour jeep ride to explore the beauty of Wadi Rum and camel rides. We did it at sunset, an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it. Thanks again to all the staff!

Everything was perfect at orbit camp! The location is great, away from other camps . The food is really delicious and suitable for vegetarians too. The bubble is clean, has a nice bed, air con, fridge and a shower, all you need in the desert ;o) sami the manager is very nice and helpful.

Not much to not like. Wifi could be a little better.

We came here as a recommendation from a friend. The camp location was not too far from the main road, very reachable from the main village of Wadi Rum, and nicely located by the nature reserve and some of its towering sandstone cliffs. Their bubble tents had great view of the reserve. The location is matched by the amazing hospitality of the hosts, that made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Muhammad was such a lovely bundle of joy that made our stay all the more enjoyable. The dinner was also a spectacle as they gather all the guests to witness the reveal from their underground stove. There is also a nice common area to relax and have shisha and drinks from. We took a 4 hours jeep tour which was well worth the money, our driver was charming and we had such a lovely time too. This hotel is an easy recommend!

Hospitality of the owner is awesome. Place is very quiet, clean and neat The owner Mr. sami made us feel right at home and ensured our stay was comfortable. The rooms have sufficient amenities Located in an amazing place, surrounded by beautiful rock formations. Very comfortable and spacious tent (solid flooring, full bathroom with a hot water shower, comfortable double bed). Heating included, which helped at night when temperatures outside went down. Good breakfast and especially dinner served in a larger tent. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay - we’d like to come again. Wadi Rum can be explored in several ways: by 4x4, a camel, on foot, or through its adventure activities like rock climbing and hot air balloon riding. But we decided to take the Jeep tour for 6 hours. We visited more than 6 spots in the desert and had lunch in the middle of Wadi Rum The best moment of the day for me was sitting on a rock and waiting for sunset in Wadi Rum. It was indeed a wonder to behold

Great location in Wadi rum, Sami has been very responsive throughout our stay helped us arranging the jeep tour also drove us to see the sunset view after a long day, amazing hospitality from the staff, the room is very clean with great view to the dessert, we had an amazing stay thanks very much!
