Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were very friendly and always readily available to help on call, special mention to Rami and Mohammed Samreen who were always there to assist us and guided us during our stay. Rami especially really looked after us and drove us to far places. Thank you to Ahmad for also driving us to Petra. The whole staff are lovely, an amazing and unforgettable experience. The staff have warmed our hearts and we will miss them so much. Thank you also to Mr Marwan. The staff always looked to go the extra mile for us and made our trip easy and more memorable will definitely recommend this place for people to stay when they visit Amman as it is central near the temple of Hercules, Downtown, Roman Theatre. High standards of professionalism and great service offered providing high satisfaction levels and great value for money!
