I stayed here after my wedding, and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. The staff were very cooperative and prepared everything exactly as I needed, following up with me before my stay. They upgraded my room and provided free breakfast for two days. I promise it will not be the last time I stay here

The staff is amazingly caring from the valet, security to reception. The guest relation manager will check on you to make sure all is fine. It was a short trip, i did mot use the amenities and facilities. On the breakfast, they are attentive to see if you need anything or juice/coffee refills. I did not have the chance to try “Le petit chef”, but you should not miss the Lebanese restaurant in the evening with Oud playing singer. The food variety and small touches on every dish with exquisite fusion is a signature by itself. I was lucky to meet in person the GM Issam Ajouz so passionate and proud of every and each detail in the hotel.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impressive. The hotel staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness, politeness, and constant willingness to help, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast offerings were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Great hospitality! I stayed here for 5 nights, hotel is very closed to Abdali Boulevard and mall, by walk you can reach in less than 10 minutes to both locations. Many restaurants are located near by with local as well international cuisines. - I was amazed by all the staff, how courteous and helpful they were, special thanks to Mohammad at the front desk who escorted me to the room, explained me all the facilities available. - Areen from Guest relations had a great smiles and she was super helpful and keeps on checking if I need anything and to see if I am comfortable in my room. - Ziyad at the room service and during the breakfast was super friendly. Also Mahmoud at the concierge was super friendly and used to talk to me every time I go out or come back to the hotel. - Finally the man of the show, Timor the front office manager was very super friendly and supportive, I was upgraded to the next room category and he was super kind to accept my late check out request (without any charge). - I received message from the GM and it's great to see that the GM also gets involved personally to check if hotel is meeting the guest expectations and making sure that they exceed the guest expectations which is also rare to see sometimes.

Nothing really everything was very good , I would mention if the gym can have earlier access through the room key card.

The Hotel was modern , very clean , comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities which are I needed. The breakfast was very good varied and delicious with good quality cooking . The most pleasing part of my stay was the generous hospitality and welcoming approach of all the staff , I arrived late at night after a long journey the check in super smooth and I was welcomed warmly and was offered a nice upgrade which I was very grateful for , the reception staff Usama , Ahmed were super helpful on arrival , on check out Muneer and Sara were very kind . Marwa the Cheif was very kind and she ensured my dish was delivered promptly and well presented, Maaz the other Chief made a very nice and fresh Menaqeesh, nice and hot just right for the morning . The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the south part of the city . All my prior requests were met before arrival .the gym had what I needed and on one day I had to use the gym earlier than usual the reception staff arranged for this to happen without any difficulties. The Hilton Amman is a great example of the excellent service and comfort you would expect from the Hilton brand.
