Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanCleaning could be better and the hotel should put more amenities such as a teeth brush and corm. During the rush hours of breakfast, especially when a big group of people come to the breakfast at one time, the staff should be more careful about cleaning tables, refilling food, and assisting newcomers.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable with nice modern furniture. Also, I enjoyed breakfast which has a variety of foods. I had a very pleasant stay there for 3 nights. I will come back again.

OmanPillows were among the worst i ever experienced, basically sand bags The room service was very lazy I stayed 7 days first 3 days nobody cleaned even i put the sign for the request, had to ask for the housekeeping manager to have it done. When i had the no disturb sign on i got surprised 2 time by someone opened the door asking if am ok!!! Claiming the sign have been on for long time(few hours) when i argued they should have called not entered the room they simply apologized!!!
