Shower was nice with the double heads, but the tiling is dangerous and slippery, and, the dip between the 2 allows for even more potential to slip. No bars to grab onto if you slip, if you don't change the whole stall, at least the floor, and add some bars. No electricity for the AC, even tho we had electricity.
Spaciousness of the room. Electricity during the hurricane.

United StatesI woke up in the middle of the night and had an encounter with giant cockroach in my room along with one their family members. As often as I come to your hotel I have never had any issues with unwelcomed visitors. (BUGS).
I like the friendliness of staff and they always make sure that everything is going well during your stay.

This was our first stay at Coco La Palm and it was very impressive. The property was cosy and peaceful,the room had all required facilities , with comfortable beds and sofa.The location was excellent and close to nice restaurants and entertainment facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

After living through a hurricane with no water, power, or cell service, u could wait to relax and enjoy our anniversary. I have stayed here before and the staff was great years ago. At that time, I was still a tourist. Know that I have relocated to Jamaica and have an island address, and I feel I was treated as second class. I was asked to leave my card or my card information at the desk because of your internet being up and down. I set for a while and watched the front desk check in people without payment because of wifi, just to tell them to come back when they get settled in the room. So when it came to my turn, it was different. I felt that I should have been treated the same way. We had driven over 4 hours just to get some of the stress off and try to enjoy some of our anniversary with friends at a different resort. I spoke to the manager about my concerns on leaving my bank card because of other experiences in Jamaica of safety concerns. She looked me in my face and lied about her reasoning for the request. I guess she didn't know that I had watched them check in over 3 families waiting on your wifi to come up. U decided to find an atm, just to wait in a long line because of the power loss from the hurricane. I finally got cash and went back to pay for the room. I did check to see if there were any other places to stay on the short notice. We stayed and completed our anniversary with no more problems. I will not be back because I feel that now that I live on the island, I was so less worthy of your establishment by Coco Lapalm standards or like of.

United KingdomCheck in was very late at 4 pm. One member of the serving staff was a little bit pushy at breakfast (maybe she was just taking her job too seriously) but all the other staff interactions were just so pleasant and lovely so they more than made up for the small inconsistency of their colleague. The hotel charges an extra 2 or 3 per cent to use a credit card to pay for non-accommodation related costs like food and drinks.
The hotel is right next to the beautiful white sand beach that stretches for several Km's. The small hotel garden is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers. There are also two swimming pools on the property plus live music on some evenings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming for the most part.

CanadaThe tiles in the hallways and the stairs were very sleepery and I saw a few people almost fall. There were tables with chairs in the hallway in front of our room and people were having a drink there. I found it weird that the tables were not on a terrasse away from the rooms.
Good location, nice bar, comfy room. We stayed only one night so didn't explore much. There are good restaurants that are walking distance but it felt a little far from the action and the crowd felt more upscale than other places we have been, friendly but less varied. The room was nice. The pool was small but well maintained. Like everywhere on 7 miles beach, beautiful sunsets. Located right on the beach too.
