Carpet in the room. Was too hot with the blanket and cold without so maybe a lighter duvet insert would be better. Difficult to find parking in the evening.

There is road noise yet in the evening after 9 or so it really tapered off and didn’t bother us.

When we arrived we had booked two rooms and they were on the highway side of the hotel. I asked the manager if possible if could we be relocated away from that side. He had one room available, so we let our daughter’s family take it since the night before we all didn’t sleep well. Bonus is it had a huge deck for us to hang out on after the children were put to bed.

My GPS had a real headache finding this. If stuck for time might have been a prob. But there was plenty of time so all part of the fun.

Based upon price this location was perfectly okay. Room adequate with a balcony. No toiletries. Breakfast had a good range of food. Ham cheese boiled eggs. Cereals, yogurt, juices and lots of coffee. Plenty. Location was bit diff to find, asked a very helpful local. Plenty of parking, which can always a worry.

One of the rooms was older and the air-conditioning did not work well, but it was a cool evening so we were able to open the windows. Balcony was shared with another room.

Clean. One of our two rooms was newly renovated. The on-site restaurant was delicious. Quiet and peaceful. Close to highway.

Breakfast. Our expectations after a fantastic dinner was a big and great, buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, this was not the case and was the missing element in making our stay a 10/10. Not much variety (mostly bread, sweet cakes and pastries). Would've been nice if we were treated to some hot food (e.g. eggs, bacon) or fruits.

Beautiful hotel located along the river and surrounded by nature. Our quadruple room was fantastic! Clean, comfy beds, big bathroom and a wonderful view. The balcony was also nicely sized and you could comfortably have drinks outside in the evening. The double glazed doors made all sound from outside non-existent making for great sleep. The internet was quick with no disruptions. I must highly recommend eating at their restaurant for dinner. The food was surprisingly really good and they let us take our drinks up to our rooms if we desired. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We plan to re-visit this Gasthof again when we are in South Tyrol.

The beds in our room were very saggy and uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty, although the rest of the hotel seemed clean.

The wellness areas would need some love: the sauna benches were not firmly anchored and the chairs mattresses didn't look spotless. All in all, it was ok.

Friendliness of staff. Very tasty food in the evening. Spacious room and even more spacious bathroom in comparison.

The room was really warm 25 celcius while outside temp about 18 C) and found no way to regulate temp.

Comfortable room with a view on a small valley with a river below, nice sturdy bed. Excellent filling breakfast.
