We had ants in the room, otherwise it was clean. Parking on the street it 2eur/h. The other option is to park i different zone 50cents/h - I reccommend to use the Easypark app to see the zones.

Housekeeping was a little late, around 3-4 pm. But since we were out for most of the day, it was usually ok!

Loved the room and the AC worked great. The bathroom was super clean. When housekeeping came they always cleaned and brought fresh towels.

The little breakfast location. Very intimate and and staff very accommodating.

The staff are nothing short of amazing. Honestly. Responsive, assisting wherever they can. Forgot the keys with me at checkout and made it to the train station. Notified the staff, they were super okay with it.

There was a tiny window on the ceiling which was very uncomfortable and did not open all the way. The bathroom was tiny cubicle, where you hardly could open the door.

Location was close to the station. Any other location was about half an hour away on foot which was good.

In exchange for a good price, everything is just a little worse. The breakfast is quite basic, the staff speaks a bit worse English, the room is a bit smaller, and most importantly the hotel is pretty our of the way, but it was all manageable.

There were no disaster stories. We got a good deal for Florence for a competent hotel.

A bit far from the city centre and you need to take public transport to get to most tourist spots for a start. Get your tickets beforehand as we couldn’t buy our tickets from the bus driver and there was no ticket machine at the bus stop.

The property was spacious and clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast was not bad at all.

Very basic, is about 25 min walk to train station and most attractions, still doable but a little further out than most people would like. Noise from hallway & next door units travels, but is not ongoing.would like some fruit at breakfast.

Good sound block shutter to road noise at night. Bathroom recently refurbished but needs finishing off. Basic breakfast included if you choose rate. A few good local restaurants nearby, excellent Chinese a few doors down and cheap.

Still a walking distance to the inner city. So this could be a challenge for family with very young kids like our case. But overall still a nice stay.

Staff is very friendly. Beds are comfortable, breakfast are included in the price. Location is close to cheaper restaurants, cafe, and shops as compared to the inner city of Florence. The surrounding of the hotel is nice, with hilly view.

The WiFi didn’t work at all. The bed is old and noisy. You can also hear some traffic from the road.

The blinds in our room were too narrow to block the windows which let the light from lamp in the courtyard, which could bother you. The windows let more light in during the night than during the day, these are single glazed so the street noise is a bit annoying.

Rather cheep alternative close to the city center. We decided to stay few minutes before booking, so we were rather happy we found the place. Rooms and furniture is a bit dated, as we expected in this price range. The breakfast was decent, not that wide variety but we were satisfied.
