Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Having travelled around Europe and beyond for many years this is one of the best places I have stayed as regards the attention to detail in the guest house and hospitality of the staff who were so welcoming and professional. The rooms were spotless and everything you could wish for was provided. The breakfast was superb with such a variety of food on offer and fresh coffee made to order. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful old building which had such character and charm. It was very close to the train station and the town centre. Marina recommended ‘Rustichello’ for dinner and it was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in Genoa.

Your House Rooms is in a large apartment building about 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. There are several similar guesthouse arrangements in the building. Our room was clean, spacious and well soundproofed. Breakfast was served with a smile and was varied. Everything you need to know about visiting Genova can be found in the information displayed in the room or common area. The restaurant recommendations are accurate; eating there will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

United KingdomWorth noting is that there are three small sets of stairs before you get to the lift so if you have a pushchair and plenty of luggage, you will have to carry them a very short distance.
The staff are fantastic, the room is very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is brilliant and the location is great for easy access to Brignole train station or some shopping and restaurants.

CanadaIf you are travelling with big or heavy luggage you have to navigate 3 flights of stairs to get to a small elevator. So beware. I wish they had warned us of this earlier.
Rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Marina was very helpful to communicate and offer advice and services before we stayed there and also during our stay. Marina and Maria were very helpful and provided great service for breakfast.

This was the first place we stayed in Italy, and even after staying at six other places, this was by far our favorite! Marina and her crew were wonderful, the breakfast was outstanding, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and convenient. It worked very well for our family of two adults and two kids. Check-in was easy. The complimentary coffee, water and juice for the kids in our rooms was a much appreciated gesture. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

This was a gem of a find! We got great instructions from Marina on how to gain access to the rooms in this beautiful old house. Once inside you almost felt like you were entering a spa! There was a beautiful aroma coming from a steamer that permeates the reception area. Bedroom really nice and loads of extras all included in the price, like toiletries, water, juice, sweets and lots of goodies in the reception area. The breakfast was super with a very large selection to choose from. Marina and the two ladies working there make a huge effort to ensure guests are happy here. Location and price were also excellent. Can definitely recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed! Marina also gave recommendations for restaurants nearby which we tried and were very happy with.
