The villa has certain age and you can feel its spirit in every room, hallway or part of garden you are in. We enjoyed our stay. My only thing was, that the garden would need a bit more care to radiate its charm properly... But, room was comfy. Beautiful view and sunset. Quiet place, which was perfect for us. History breathing from every corner. Delicious dinner and plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall, I am happy that we stayed at this villa :)

The WiFi was limited to common areas only. The kettle in our room did not work. The shower/bath wasn’t ideal, it was surprising that this was still the showering option in a hotel like this. Restaurant was lovely but very over priced for what you receive - same can be said for the bar.

The location, the gardens and pool, as well as the property were absolutely gorgeous! Stunning experience to stay in a villa of such grandeur.

Piped 'elevator' music in lobby and downstairs was out of place and not necessary. Head waiter in the restaurant was very stern and made us feel unwelcome.

Breakfast was abundant and very nice. Room was charming and very big. Beds very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was poor and a room itself offers rather basic standard, not 4 stars. A bathroom was a let down- a small bath, almost impossible to have a shower without getting water all on the floor unless you are kneeling down. It simply causess a unnecesarry discomfort on your vacation. The bed consist of two small beds pushed together so it moves apart too.

Villa Pittiana has a beautiful location on top of the hill with a stunning view. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is sufficent and a restaurant menu offer few choices for evening meal too. It is a good spot for bike(e-bike) enthusiasths. It is also close to Florence.

The only thing, they need to solve there - the pool, it's standing water pool, and looks like they had to put there more chemicals then usual, which made water a little bit unpleasant. But if they fix this one, it's not 10 property, it's 20

So beautiful place, just incredible. Big rooms. Views.... They have great restoraunt in place, you even don't need to go anywhere if you feel lazy. There are activities in place. We had birthday boy during the trip there, and they coocked for us great tiramisu.... Freash tarts during the breakfast... So many things to enjoy there.

The rooms are run down with broken flooring and outdated kitchen spaces. The concierge staff were difficult to speak with after having a 12hr water outage they fought us on our experience. The hotel was clearly over booked and accommodating too many guests.

Gorgeous property nestled into the hills of Tuscany - features a nice pool and beautiful gardens. Rooms are spacious with a seating area and feels like a small home vibe. The outdoor staff is very helpful - Fabio is such a welcoming member of the team who made the visit amazing.

It's an old building and one of the issues is sound, generally during our stay this was not a problem, apart from one night when a tour group arrived late and they went outside to enjoy the views/ talk, made a little too much noise. I feel the ambience of the place is ruined a little when tour groups come to stay. However I would still stay here again

I loved the look and feel of the place, very genuine chateau, that is just being itself. Nice facilities and grounds to walk around in and enjoy. The location and views were spectacular. The staff were friendly Drinks and food were reasonable price

The pool was dirty, nobody cleans the area, there are empty glasses and other trash around the pool. One of the men on the reception was very unpleasant and looked drunk when we arrived. Also, though the reception is said to work 24/7, we arrived at 1 am and had to wait for 2o minutes for the man to show up. And there were 2 samples of everything in the room: 2 cups, 2 shampoos, etc., though there were 3 of us.

Fantastic Villa with spacious rooms, very beautiful and authentic property. Delicious breakfast with homemade tiramisu. Unforgettable stay and it’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer.

It is a little far from Florence city centre.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The room is very old with historical furniture which could give you the feeling of Middle Ages. It is great place for relaxation.

The building needs renovation as it looks a bit neglected. The room was very cold and the only heating device was a very old AC that was incapable of heating the room and it was extremely noisy. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything the neighbors do, even the pipes, their alarm clocks etc. The bathroom specifically was the coldest part of the room and I struggled with having a shower as the water pressure was really low (washing my hair was simply impossible so I skipped it). The floors were also dirty.

This place is amazing, the house is vintage and very beautiful. I always had a dream of staying in an 1800s building and it was like a palace inside. I loved the decor and the view was incredible. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and I thought that the hosts were very friendly and helpful!

The walls betweens rooms are thin and you can hear people in rooms next to you if they speak loud. Unfortunately people next to our room were very loud and listened to loud music until 2 AM. Hotel staff asked them to consider the neighbors and make noise accordingly but it didn't help and we couldn't sleep as long as they were up. Such a shame cause otherwise everything was great.

It is a stunningly beautiful place. We had an apartment and a room. Both were charming and very nicely decorated. The area is so calm. It is perfect for a telaxing trip. You are in the middle of the tuscany with it's beautiful landscape. We sat there in the garden and enjoyed amazing sunsets. There is also a pool outside. The hotel itself is impressive too. You can walk around and enjoy being there. We also took day trips and visited the area and villages around. Would definitely like to go there again.

Pool and area around pool could be up kept better. When there are large groups they should make coffee to accommodate everyone without long lines. We had an early tour and had to choose between eating or waiting for coffee. That was unacceptable. No shower curtain or enclosures in some of the rooms.

Quiet. Beautiful views. Beautiful interior. Pool.
