Parking: it's not easy to park in the crowded hours.

We received a perfect welcome with clear information on the services, we found some extra stuff for our dog in the room (simple bed, bowls). The breakfast is incredible, savoury options very abundant. Moreover all the staff is kind and smiling, starting from the owner (you can see she loves her place!)

There was no place for toiletries in the bathroom and there could be a mirror above the desk to put o make-up.

The breakfast was totally amazing and we can’t stop thinking about it. We have no idea how the chef could make so many interesting dishes every day. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to help us. They even checked on and printed out our train reservation. They helped with luggage and made sure we had an umbrella when it looked like rain.

We have stayed at Villa Marsilli in Cortona several times. It is a lovely, elegant hotel and we have never been disappointed. Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout.

I loved everything. I’ll probably come back next summer for a third time.

The breakfast was amazing so many things to choose from. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff is incredible they felt like family warm and kind. The director Marina goes above abs beyond she’s got a huge heart one of the kindest people I met in Cortona. I came back for a second time on my own and she helped me so much to organize an itinerary. I’m so grateful for her kindness. You’re very lucky to have her.

Everything was perfect!The staff was super friendly and helpful all the time! The breakfast was superb with various goods to select from. The hotel itself a true gem in a very convenient spot. Sure we will come back!

Location is great, within 5-10min walk you are in Cortona. Room is nice. Host is extremely helpful and will offer any advise you need. The breakfast choices are amazing. Make sure you are hungry. They offer a happy hour, no free drinks but you get some free nibbles. We had a nice stay.

Nothing, the hotel did encounter an aircon problem but they very quickly had the technicians out and they put fans in the rooms, these things happen but they handled it really well.

Quaint and traditional with large spacious rooms which were well looked after, the team though really made it special, they were absolutely lovely, making a beautiful cake for my birthday, booking transfers and making a picnic, the breakfasts were also exceptional

AC could be better, but they did have a fan in the room to help out.

Lovely hotel. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there. The first time was in 2010. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful, friendly, and I would not hesitate to return.

It was an elegant atmosphere with the most lovely and accommodating staff. From the moment of our arrival they went out of their way to assure our comfort, right down to driving us too our dinner so we didn't have to walk the distance in the heat. The room was gorgeous, immaculate, and with a beautiful view . They include breakfast and an evening snack. The breakfast was out of this world with gourmet savory bites, fresh fruits, cereals, and many homemade pastries. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Highly highly recommend!

Rellatively small room. Only 2 parking lots in the hotel, which were reserved. We needed to park on the street outside.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk from town centre. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide variety of cheese, ham, vegetables, cakes etc. Kind and helpfull staff.

The room was really big and clean. The director and all the employees were so nice and welcoming. The service was amazing, the mini bar inclusive and we had a free breakfast and homemade biscuits after dinner. Additionally, we had a jacuzzi in our bathroom. I really recommend this hotel!

Exceptional hotel, highest level of hospitality. Everything was above our expectations - comfortable, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. And all this in beautiful Cortona! Like in many medieval towns there is a shortage of parking places, but the personnel of the hotel will effectively help you to park your car.
