Could provide more frequent cleaning service, be a bit more clear about what you get with the room (microwave unplugged, cleaning and linen, breakfast). also our room was quite far from reception and that isnt made clear on booking.

The place is in need of maintenance and cleaning could be more thorough. Make sure to read through the "small letters" so you know what is included and what not (swimming pool, fitness, garage,... = at extra cost).

Spacious rooms (compared to French standards), basic but good "sports"-hotel. Reasonably equiped kitchen. Personel at reception extremely friendly and helpful. Garage right under the apartment at extra cost but worth it (especially since it was snowing the whole week). Great skiing area. Small shower but great water temperature at all times !

It is very tired and in need of renovation. There is no luxury to what is calling itself 4 star. Beds were not terribly comfy either.

It was clean and in a really great location. The food was good there was lots of choice and good veggie options. The room was cleaned daily and towels were refreshed daily too.

Wish there was ski storage closer to front door that would make life easier. Would love to pay a premium to be closer to reception. We were in block B and it was too far for us. Also wasn’t aware that cleaning & towels was something we had to pay for would of happily paid at the start had we known.

Close to ski lift, Kids facilities were fantastic. There was 4 families of us we are used to luxury holidays, after reading the very negative reviews we expected here to be awful. You get what you pay for it’s not expensive 1500 for 5 days family of 4. If you want luxury expect to pay double or triple but for value there is nothing wrong with this property. We asked for extra pillows which was no problem. We spent very little time in apartment. You are either out skiing or having dinner or sleeping . Our kids from 8 to 14 loved the games at 5pm & the theatre at 9.30. The older teens loved the apres ski bar across the road. The bar had good quick snacks & crepes which my younger 2 loved.

- the room was a little bit cold - it’s clear that the property is a bit un maintained (some broken tiles in the hallways, door panels needing fixing) but it’s functional and clean. - Don’t expect a cozy classic wooden Italian hotel

- great location, right next ti the slopes - great food, both classics like pizza and fried food, but also real nice Italian food like bresoala, vitello tonnato etc. Always nice deserts as well - really nice staff, always friendly and helpful - on-site ski rental and ski pass purchase. Very convenient - Clean room and daily cleaning All in all a real good experience. The hotel might seem a bit old in some senses, but overall real nice stay. The staff is nice, food is good and location is great!

In previous years our room has had a few cups/glasses/mugs etc so we could make snacks and drinks in the room. All we had this year were two plastic cups from the bathroom.

No internet in the rooms, we were in C block. No kettle to boil water. I requested it at reception but didn't receive one. Could only get take away pizzas from the restaurant. Would have been nice to sample some of the menu as a take away with kids before signing up to the restaurant.

The room was quite noisy in the mornings as we were very close to the ski locker. There were only 2 tumblers to use as glasses between 3 in our appartment.

The ski area was accessible by crossing the road in front of our building. The bar in the hotel was always lively and the staff friendly and helpful. Being able to get takeaway pizza and limited other food delivered to the bar was useful on a few occasions.

This place is old and worn out. Broken doors, fixtures, uncomfortable beds, each room has a self catering unit but if you are a ‘hotel’ resident they don’t supply you with any of the relevant facilities to even make a cup of tea (no kettle), open a bottle (we had a corkscrew but without the corkscrew part), and no glasses only cups. The smallest shower you can imagine (although the water pressure was great). On contacting the hotel about ski hire I was advised to rent from a place ‘that was the closest’ but this turned out to be a good 10-15mins walk rather than the option to hire from within the actual hotel! Our friends rented self catering, where we had half board. Facilities like the pool and spa came at an extra cost for them and the pool was freezing. Food wise, although a decent choice everything was cold. This in fairness was a common theme through the resort though, the hottest meal I had as l week was on the plane home.

Great location for skiing as there’s a chairlift, magic carpet and gondola across the road to get you going in the morning. Restricted numbers (12 slots available per 45mins) for using the swimming pool and sauna so nothing feels too overcrowded. Large restaurant with a good selection of food on offer. Bar area open all day for snacks and drinks and the football was on most nights.

The village was used for Olympic Games, and after that time, facilities and rooms are left without care for my opinion. Anyway is a good place to stay. We didn’t understand how was working cleaning rooms, one day they told us once per week, another day they wanted to clean daily. Mia communication between responsible team and staff Boring breakfast, everyday same food selection. The scramble eggs were always cold, hot food must be kept hot. Mostly eggs items that are very sensitive must keep in a temperature control. Fresh juice not include in breakfast. We asked for an iron and it was not given. We must use the services. If I have to press a shirt, or trouser i can do for myself too. Why I must use laundry service. Pity

The hotel is ugly inside, most of the facilites were not working, the walls are dirty and corridoors are freezing cold. Most of the staff does not speak english. The only nice guy was the one serving the pancakes in the morning. The rest has simply no empathy.

The room had a lot of space and it cleaning service was very good. The shower was small but the water was great. The temperature was very good and towels and shampoo were also nice.

The appartment wasn’t 53m2, it was smaller. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and couch was dirty. TV was very small. Dishes were incomplete; there wasn’t enough number of spoons, forks and glass so we used mugs for everything. Fridge was very noisy, it was especially problem during the night.
