We struggled to find the hotel on Google maps and ended up parking in a a public car park and walking a few minutes to find it-maybe tell future guests that it is located beside Cucina 31 which will make finding it from the car easier.

This was a delightful, friendly place to stay. The efficiency and professionalism of the sisters who own it was exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and we loved the garden room where we could relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Parking was convenient on site for a daily charge. Location was great for the small newer town and lakeside with a good choice of restaurants nearby. A brisk 20 minute walk will get you to the stunning old town of Sirmione-not to be missed.

Everything was perfect.

Diego, Laura and Patricia look after all of their guests like family. The rooms are so clean and comfortable with fresh towels daily. The hotel is just beside the shuttle bus to sirmione and straight across the road from the lake where you can hire sun loungers and swim. If you choose to walk to the old town of sirmione it is a pleasant 20 min walk. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with Laura and at night Diego made the best apresol spritz. We definitely will stay at hotel villa Rosa if we return to sirmione in the future. Thank you so much for your warmth and friendly welcome. Also for all the information and advice you shared with us to make our holiday so good.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were unreal. I slept so well. The staff were amazing and helped us out no end with directions and tips about where to go and what to see. We had a wonderful time.

There's nothing not to like

Super friendly staff, everyone knew who we were and felt like a little family. Great views onto Lake Garda and the room was spotless. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and all very tasty.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable about surrounding area and can advice on places and activities. Followed their recommendation for a restaurant and it was a perfect fit. Were positively surprised by the coffee and food during our breakfast. We loved the serving and taste was incredible.

Excellent location, everything is nearby. We had a view to both the lake and the mountains! The staff were very nice and helpful, even going out of their way to help us. The rooms are cozy and the bed is comfortable.

Room was a little on the small size. Tight fit based upon what we are accustom to.

We loved our stay, this is a family run small hotel, the owners were very helpful with information on where to visit around the lake. Told us about the markets going on in the area, recommended restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, with many good choices and excellent cappuccino was made upon our entry.

For our needs, a refrigerator instead of the minibar (cooler) in the room would have made it even better.

Lovely stay at Hotel Villa Rosa! Staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly with planning excursions or advice on getting around. Place was very clean and the breakfast was second to none! I'd highly recommend a stay here! Will be back for sure!

The hairdryer in the bathroom is very outdated and does not work properly. The hotel should invest in proper hair dryers.

The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very easy to find and the room very clean. breakfast variety was excellent and all felt home made and fresh.

Very friendly greetings in this hotel and very detailed information about the facilities and the area. Hotel spotless. Great breakfast. Comfortable room with small balcony. Great views out over lake. Nice outdoor seated area to relax and enjoy some conversations or refreshments from the bar. We parked in car park in front of hotel and a charge of 15 euro was applied. Good location. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

The rooms are a bit oldy, the pillows and mattresses not comfortable enough, the bathroom was not ventilated good enough and the equipment there was outdated .

The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, helpful and nice. Room and the entire hotel were clean and quiet, breakfast was very good. Good location, very close to the lake and main street with a lot of restaurants. Close (~ 2 km) to the old city. Parking at the hotel was always available.
