Rooms and furniture was a bit worn out, but this is an old house. Also the door of the room was not isolated, so you could hear what was happening in the corridors and other rooms. No elevator so not good with disabled people.

Breakfast was nice, views were nice. The garden and views around the house are breathtaking.

My only problem was the 2 single beds put together with metal frame bed so could feel the different levels of bed and didn't do the best with my back . But that is my only fault .

Absolutely beautiful location . The property is rustic farmhouse vibes and not going to be all mod cons you expect but provide Absolutely everything to make your stay more than comfortable . I didn't get a chance to go in the pool but wish I did .

restaurant was terrible, please don’t bother eating there. breakfast also very uninspiring. bad coffee! no tea and coffee making facilities to do better yourself. food and drinks left out for days and not cleared away.

stunning location with beautiful views from the pool and the lovely loggia. clean rooms and comfortable bed and even though we had an attic room with no windows we were happy because the room blacked out completely and was quiet so we slept well. friendly staff made good cocktails!

Loud Euro-trance music played on the terrace outside until well after midnight. No tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was not great.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, it seems inferior in compare to all other aspects of the place.

The surrounding scenery is beautiful, the view of the house itself, the spacious rooms and its design...the friendly cat!

It was new for us that there is not any seperate blanket so we had to fight with my boyfriend :) But the bed was comfortable.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing, and you can also taste here good food in the hotel’s restaurant. Everybody was very kind!

Great location - close to Lucca and various Villas, nice quite and pleasant surrounding. The pool is couple meters aside from the hotel - clean, w showers, and relaxing area. The bfast was very satisfying and with various options and also property accommodated my gluten free needs what I really appreciated. Although we had minor trouble w room hotel management balanced it out to our best satisfaction. We loved our stay and I do recommend this Hotel Villa with all its benefits.

It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. A little dusty and ashtrays/ glasses weren’t cleared away from loggia quickly enough.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was in a lovely location and very big. Loggia was a wonderful place to sit in the evening.

Water in the shower was little and couldn’t get a proper temperature (too hot or too cold).

Friendly staff, quite location, nice terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice swimming pool surrounded by nature. Close to Lucca and Pisa. Breakfast is great (more than a standard 3stars) and dinner is good for a fair price.

The location was glorious - between Lucca and Pisa and easy to get to both. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the food was superb, and the building was amazing.

Looks from outside and from the incident like a small castle! Big rooms that are renovated but style was kept intact. Bathroom is very clean new and modern. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast was good, various meals and great coffee. In summer should be wonderful - with multiple hiking trails, swimming pool, huge outdoor area, and 10 minutes drive to both Piza and Lucca.
