Everything...the fabulous view, the hot tub, the beds, the spaciousness if the rooms, the burds singing in the morning, the sunsets st night and our so kind and freindly hosts. This place is perfect to just relax, get away from toueists and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como.

The view was spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub and looking over Lake Como was amazing. The place was very clean, modern and had everything you could need. Easy, free parking is a major bonus. We loved it so much - we only wish we had been able to stay longer.

The only thing I could say is that this isn't really walking distance into Bellagio, but there are lovely restaurants in the village which are great (highly recommend Bellavista) and there is a tourist train that you can use to get to Bellagio and back.

The apartment is beautiful with the most amazing views from all balconies. You have sitting out areas in the garden along with the 2 balconies and of course the hot tub. The apartment itself has everything you could need, the owners really had thought of everything. Noris was so helpful and knowledgeable (beforehand and on arrival) - Thank you! I can't recommend this apartment enough.

If you arrive on a Sunday, be aware the shops are closed in the afternoon, so finding provisions is difficult.

Villa Primula is a beautiful villa on a hilltop position with fantastic views overlooking Lake Como and Bellagio. Noris is such a welcoming and helpful host. If we were to return to Bellagio, this would definitely be our first choice for accommodation.

Only thing I would say is that the property is high up. The walk down to the center is 25 mins and if u have children like we do, RENT A CAR!! It’s not easy to get cabs or the bellagio express. We waited for a long time but the owners were so kind to pick us up and drop us off when we requested. When we come back, we would rent a car from Milan!

Pictures do not do justice to this place. It’s so well equipped and modernized. They have thought of every detail. And the air condition works excellent. The hot tub was also very clean and efficient!

The villa location at top of the hill , so we can see lake Como, town surrounding, the mountains, it is really a great scenic view. I can say it is a million dollar view. Just perfect for me & my family to rest and enjoy Bellagio and local food after travelling 2 weeks around northern Italy. Jacuzzy is really a big bonus and we can enjoy the view while relax at jacuzzy😄👍. And we really very happy with warm welcome & great hospitality from Noris the owner, and she give little surprise when we celebrate my daughter birthday at the villa. Definitely we will come back again at Villa Primula when we visiting Bellagio. One more thing, all villa facilities are in perfect and clean condition and the Villa have a private parking😄. Bellagio isn't super walkable from here. You have to walk on a road that has no sidewalk, blind corners, fast Italian drivers, and is steep. Not a huge detractor, though, as you likely have a car to drive into town if you're staying here anyway.

Beautiful location, photos are accurate to what you get. There's a bunch of terraces but the best one is the hot tub, by far. Stunning scenery, and the owners are onsite (live downstairs) so easy to communicate. Everything was new and tidy. Beautiful kitchen!

Unit is a bit far from the center of town, I would say you probably need a car to be happy here, which we did, and we were :).

Wonderful unit, with a fantastic patio with hot tub and view. Comfortable kitchen and living space and plenty of room. Host was very kind and let us into the unit without issue and made good recommendations for Bellagio.

If you want to walk into the centre of Bellagio or step out of your accomodation and be in the heart of the town, this is not the place for you. Outside of that, this is unbeatable (and what you sacrifice in distance you gain in peace and quiet and what have to be the best views in the town). We were a little wary of paying the full amount in cash/bank transfer. But the hosts gave us a full invoice when we paid and we had no issues at all.

Everything. Location is perfect if you're happy to be a little outside of Bellagio. Still there are shops and cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The Villa itself is beyond stunning from the grounds to the views (especially from the hot tub), to the kitchen/bathroom/living facilities. The hosts were fantastic, very accommodating and went above and beyond what you'd expect when opportunities arose for them to do so. I was sceptical of writing such a good review, with the thought of not being able to book again in the future but I couldn't give anything other than 10/10!

This isn't anything against the property, but the beds were a little hard for what we're used to - which we came to find was kind of a common theme everywhere we stayed, so it's really nothing wrong with the property itself, just an observation. Everyone enjoys a different mattress firmness! Overall, the stay and experience completely outweighed a firmer mattress than what we're used to and we'd still stay again anytime, in a heartbeat!

The view was amazing and the owner of the property was wonderful! The pictures don't even do it justice, it's even better in person! The property was immaculate and had everything we could have possibly needed. There was really good communication leading up to our stay, and she responded quickly and answered any questions we had. She gave great recommendations and led us to a place where we had one of the best meals we had during our entire stay in Italy. 10/10 would book again. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We arrived quite late, thus after a short diner we went to bed without looking around. However, in the morning it was a unique experience to enjoy the sunrise over the lake Como from the jakuzzi on the huge terrace of Villa Primula. Don’t hesitate and chose this villa if you are looking for something extraordinary. The helpfulness of Norris made our short journey even more fine. We will come back, sure!
