Room a bit small. Neighborhood felt a bit gray and uninviting. But nothing too serious. It was really a lovely experience for us.

The staff was amazing. Helpful and nice, always there to help us out. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Nice rooms, a bit small but met our expectations. Overall, it was exactly the kind of stay we were looking for.

The room is bigger than I thought and it’s very clean and beautiful. Especially the staff is so nice and willing to help every problem we met. Breakfast is delicious and we have a good rest here. You can take bus number 2 direct to Venice Piazzale Roma. This is the best accommodation which I stay in Italy! Hope some day we can back here and enjoy our trip again. Had to walk through a questionable part of town to get to location

Front desk employees were so helping with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Was able to answer all our questions and resolve any issues very quickly. Had a cute little balcony connect to our room. Nice aesthetic. Walking distance to train station

The room was very clean and bright, and I found the bed very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly and helped me decide where to get dinner (Bombay Spice) during my short stay. Breakfast was filling and varied.

While the property advertises a washing machine, this doesn't allow for self service and its pretty pricey (more than one Euro per item including counting undergarments etc). The walls weren't very soundproof either, though the staff did their best to keep louder guests quieter.

The room is really small with almost no space to walk. But we checked in late at night and checked out in the morning, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Convenient location, nice breakfast, and extremely nice and friendly hosts that are happy to help you with anything. The parking is also a huge plus!

- The main street from the train station to the property felt unsafe at nights. I didn’t take any valuables with me on our second night.

We checked in late in the evening and we had some issues accessing the building at first, but it was quickly fixed.

Neighbourhood has some dodgy people hanging out on the road. Pillow is a little flat.
