The best hotel in Italy. The view, the service and the restaurant were all spectacular!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wardrobe was broken with a sign saying don't touch lol, so nowhere to hang clothes or safe ( if there was one?) Slightly longer walk to the centre than we anticipated about 30 mins but it was so pleasant a walk you didn't mind

If I was being really picky it might have been nice to have a mini bar or tea / coffee making facilities in the room but the restaurant onsite did great coffee anyway so it's not a great loss.

We got a lovely upgrade to our room and ended up with a double suite on the top floor of the old house. It was beautiful. Friendly welcoming staff, the place was spotless and the food fabulous. I wish we had gone when it was warmer so that we could've used one of the 2 pools! Next time! Perfect location and plenty of parking. It's a good 25ish minutes stroll to the old town centre.

The hotel was quaint, authentic, but has the potential to be better. The restaurant is great, staff are always happy to assist and the grounds are pretty.

Location location location. What a view! Incredible place, with view of water either side of hotel. Nice food, nice staff, and lovely room. Thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast options were limited, though what was offered was good. Would have been nice if the "hot tub" in the pool was actually heated, or if there was heating in one of the two pools.

The location was wonderful. Walking distance to the castle of Sirmione. There are two pools, though they were both unheated, so unusable during our stay. Our room was more than adequate for our family of four. Our room didn't have a view, but the comfortable accommodations made up for it. Free parking was appreciated.

Parts are smarter than others bit to be honest it was great value.

This hotel is in an excellent location with the lake on the door step. Just 10 mins by taxi from the local station. The food is excellent the staff friendly - we took a family room, which had plenty of space and was excellent value for money. Gorgeous breakfast

The breakfast could be improved. The choice was rather limited.

We had a wonderful room looking out on the lake. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening on the terrace and the food was very nice, too. The windows have good isolation so that you will not hear the guests on the terrace when you want to sleep.

I love literally everything: the location, the building, the room, the view overlooking the Garda lake, the dinner at the restaurant, the service. Would definitely come again for longer, hope to make it summer time to enjoy the swimming pool.

Nothing at all

The location is fantastic. The old villa is gorgeous. Our room was large, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was delicious - freshly baked orange cake was still warm and soooo good. The food at dinner was also very good with a good wine list.

It was a comfortable hotel room with a lovely balcony and great views. An excellent bed. The buffet breakfast included in the tariff was varied and delicious. The restaurant dinner was also very good quality and good value. Friendly helpful staff.

If you travel with a dog and get the triple room ants may appear. Otherwise everything was okay.

The triple room with a huge terrace was very beautiful. The breakfast was okay but the pie wasn't good enough. The staff was very kind. At the restaurant you had limited choices but it was overall fine, we liked the Maccaroni with Ragu and Rosemary. Pet friendly.
