The only downside, was the actual size of our room with the doors open as the doors opened inside the room instead of outside. there’s not a lot of room for large luggage , but a lot of storage.

The view from our room was out of this world. Nice location at the top of the hill, easily located by using steps or the local bus. Good option of breakfast, and to have it on our terrace. It was clean and tidy, and a daily clean. Would recommend, and would return

The property had a great view of the mountain range in Positano. The staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. Refilled waters each night, had towels for us for the beach. Very hospitable and kind. Breakfast was great in the mornings and brought to your room upon request

We felt the property and the room was quite old like the floor and the bathroom.

Everything was good starting from finding the location which was very reachable and near to the SITA bus stop. The view from the room was amazing.

The views from any room in the hotel were incredible. Staff were more than helpful with recommending restaurants in the evening and were very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice (cheese, ham , bread, pastries, cereal yogurt, juice and coffee) had a lovely view on the terrace or was delivered to bedroom balcony at no extra charge! Would definitely stay again!

Without fault.

Villa Palumbo is perfection. The staff are delightful, the location is great (a short walk from the first SITA bus stop), the rooms and facilities are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was first class. We have stayed at many locations on our current holiday and this has been the best by far. Positano can be quite hectic but Villa Palumbo is an extremely relaxing place to escape the crowds.

So happy with our choice to stay here! While all of Positano is expensive, we were looking for affordable but comfortable accommodation. Boy did we get lucky here, and you will too. One of the best little hotels I have ever stayed in. A beautiful Italian family runs the accommodation. Their service was impeccable. We saw they have a cute bunny rabbit called Demon in their living space below the hotel rooms. So cute! The price of an Aperol spritz here is half the price of anywhere you'll find in the rest of Positano. Perfect to have a drink and admire the spectacular views from your room or the hotel balcony. Quintessential Italian hospitality at its best. Stay up here, better views and great areas to eat! Definitely coming back to stay here.
