The views from our balcony took in the coastal bays and across the Messina Strait and extended to the Italian mainland. It was a great view at any time but the mornings were a real favourite of ours. The hotel room has retained some of it's period charm and was quite spacious and really comfortable.

The view was fantastic. Excellent location in centre of Taormina -3 min walk to Corso Umberto, cable car station and short walk to Bus Station. The gardens were absolutely stunning.

My sister felt the single bed was quite narrow but she is used to a double bed.

Ideal location and very good value for money. We had a large private terrace.Breakfast was not included in the price but was available for€6. It was served in a beautiful garden with an amazing view. Different types of fruit, pastries, rolls, yoghurts and juice were included. It was well worth the money. Th staff were pleasant and very helpful.

This is not a negative but please bear in mind there are a good few flight of stairs to get to the accommodation. Good exercise after eating and dining around Taormina. Be mindful if you have heavy luggage on the stairs.

Very good value near Taormina center. Room was huge, bathroom good size and lovely terrace view. Host was lovely and accommodating. The whole property was charming and has one of the best views of Taormina especially from their breakfast garden. A hidden gem in Taormina, good value for stay as it was close to the center, restaurants, shops, bus station and the cable car to get to the other places.

This is a small independent family run hotel in a great location just around the corner from the Main Street with a beautiful garden. It’s very old fashioned which created its charm but was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Our room had a great view of the bay. Breakfast was great value for €6 and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really liked this hotel. The decor is dated but very well kept and of good quality. Super clean and quite. The bed super comfortable. The toilet looked renovated. It is basic but in a good way. It is strategically positioned, next to the bus station, the cable car and Taormina town centre. With what you pay in Taormina, the low price exceeded my expectations. Would go back again

If this could be a dislike for anybody, the early mornings in Villa Nettuno are accompanied by the singing of the birds and the aroma of the croissants early baked in the downstairs kitchen…

Superbly placed within few steps away of the pedestrian area with the attractions in Taormina and the cable car towards Isola Bella and other beaches, Villa Nettuno’s position provides magnificent view over the Mediterranean sea. If this not being enough, once getting inside, the visitor’s steps are walked through a museum like living room remembering the glory ages of our grandfather’s Sicily, only as passage for everyone to a cozy, green and shadowed interior garden where the exclusively healthy/ vitamin breakfast is served. The owners and the staff extremely friendly and supportive.

Altogether the hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price paid . Lovely clean room , balcony with a lovely view . Iconic old building in a great location . Very helpful staff too. The garden where you eat the good quality breakfast was beautiful. An absolute gem in my opinion , I’ll be back for sure

It was a good location, close to many activities, restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the garden was great (coffee and sweet pastry). Parking was not too difficult (we found a secure lot we could leave the car overnight).

Charming hotel with great staff. It has a really good location in the wonderful town of Taormina. The room was simple but clean, the bed was comfortable. The view from the balconies is extraordinary. You can require breakfast, if you want. The morning staff is nice, they recommend you places to visit.

If you have problems walking or bad knees, this is not for you as there are lots of stairs and no elevator. But so it is in most places in Taormina.

An old family owned villa. Not a modern hotel and no elevator. But we wanted a more authentic place to stay. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Excellent service. Breakfast in their beautiful garden and the views! Cannot describe. Close to the cable car and just three minutes walk to the Main Street through old town. Also close to the bus station where we took the bus to the airport when leaving.

Amazing place. Great Italian ambiance. Views from Balcony are worth $$$. The garden is beautiful. Staff are so kind and helpful. Place is super clean with hotel name embroidered on bed sheets. Best hotel we stayed in Italy for only 100E a night. Everything is close 5 minute walk to the cable car to beach. 5 minutes to main town square. So glad we chose this place. Only area for improvement is breakfast. It’s only 6E but very simple. Coffee is not good. Sweet rolls so so and some jogurt. We only ate once and chose to have breakfast in area cafes.

We requested upon booking, a sea view room, and our room exceeded our expectations! We were on the 2nd floor, corner room, two sets of double doors. One set opened up to a shared terrace with a stunning view of the water, and the other, was a view of the property's luscious garden which is where breakfast was served every morning. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was super comfortable, and the host and staff were pleasant and helpful. There was lots of choices for breakfast food and great coffee. Location was perfect for shopping, exploring, eating, and admiring the views. Also close to bus station and the funicular down to the beach, and close to Porta Messina, the entrance to the historical centre.

Quaint little hotel, a peaceful haven just minutes from the main thoroughfare. Excellent position. Our room had access to a roof terrace that had spectacular views. We had breakfast in the gorgeous garden every morning. The views were amazing and the breakfast great value. A good value hotel and a lovely place to stay.

The location is so close to the bus terminal and the city centre The owners were both very kind and patient and keen to assist with any questions you have. They even offered plate and cutlery for me when I bought something back to eat at the garden The garden is absolutely beautiful and the view from the terrace for breakfast is priceless

Unfortunately, there is no parking to leave your car in the property, and I had to pay extra for parking outside the city center. I guess it is the case in most of the places in Taormina.

Everything went well. Antonella is very friendly and will give You the best apple cake in town, served in a beautiful secret garden. We had a hidden balcony just beside a big common terrace with seawiew. Salvatore and Giacopo were very helpful. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the bus terminal and other 3 minutes from Porta Messina. The room and the bathroom immaculate. I was looking for a simple stay and I found the best place. Grazie mille, ritorniamo!
