The parking is a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious, the pool on nice and there is parking.

1. Parking can be a problem, hotel had party both nights, fortunately first night the manager was polite and helpful, moved his car for us so that we were abled to park, so second night they arranged a parking in front of the hotel. 2. We only stayed 2 nights had to changed room twice on the first day due to poor maintenance. The 3 rooms we were in all have problems such as water leakage from the shower, clogged water drainage in the shower, kitchen cupboard hinges problems in 2 rooms, all balconies walls need painting in all rooms, the first room we went in there were ceiling repairs 3 cuts and one piece open not covered up, stiff tap water on washhand basin. Fortunately they have room to change if the hotel is full don’t know how are the customers going to put up with it when the maintenance guy doesn’t come until the next morning

1. Free parking at property can trolley all the way to the car from the elevator. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Good breakfast.

Everything! The staff especially was extremely helpful in arranging transport from the hotel to my family's village 1 hour drive north of the hotel. The taxi driver even picked us up at around 11:30pm when we left my family's village to return back to the hotel (as arranged by the staff members). Truly a remarkable experience, and we will definitely be returning to this hotel for a longer stay (we were not here long enough to truly appreciate everything the hotel has to offer!)

You can’t bring guests over but that’s an Italy thing

Location, the staff and the pool. The restaurant has the best food and the pizza is 10/10 which you can order and have in your room if you don’t feel like going to the restaurant. There are events in the restaurant downstairs like birthdays etc but it was never too loud or caused any issues.

Some small maintenance issues in bathroom needed attention

Great location near the centro storico and the reggia . The kitchenette was also handy to have and the food in the restaurant was really good

The nearby neighborhood with train tracks is not much to look at but has many high quality restaurants within 5 min walk!

Pristine & convenient to gardens & train. Pool is perfect & quiet, essential on hot summer day. Breakfast is plentiful and high quality. Restaurant on site is very special. Staff is very helpful. An exceptional find, great value.

Restaurants were a 10 minute walk away and limited choice.

A superb breakfast with a good selection and extra items could be made to order eg Coffee with Soya milk. The pool was lovely - large and with some depth at one end. More than enough sunbeds some with very comfortable cushiohs.

There were no extra pillows in the room, and when we asked for an iron (we were going to a wedding) they said there was none available which isn't ideal when you've travelled with wedding outfits. Breakfast was ok, but it felt that there was not always quite enough for everyone of the savoury/bread options

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The decor and building itself are open and nice. And we loved the swimming pool. The staff were also very nice. There was not only AC in the room but also an additional fan. Finally, I ate at the restaurant for lunch and it was very tasty

I requested a room with airco, weeks no word from the hotel until payment was final and I couldn't t annul anymore, I got a mail saying there would not be airconditioning due to work on the system. Otherwise no complaints, location is very near the Caserta palace and city center.
