They made a mistake with a reservation we made for the hotel resurant. The shower was not very comfortable.

Loved everything

Rooms were clean and very modern. Private balcony was amazing. Breakfast had many choices and variety. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights, staff and food were exceptional.

One negative aspect : THE ELEVATOR

The structure is in a perfect location, few steps from the ski lift and many trails for hiking. The hotel is wonderful. Amazing staff, welcoming and warm . Really good cleaning and good quality food. breakfast is excellent and even the restaurant has a great quality. Charming garden and comfortable bed!

Great hotel. Amazing view. Excellent location near the cable car to the Rosengarten Dolomites. Friendly staff who help with everything. Cool natural pool. An excellent spa that includes a free sauna and Turkish bath. great experience.

The bathroom did not meet our expectations regarding cleanliness and did not meet the design of the rest of the room. Also there is limited capacity od the spa so we did not have the chance to enjoy it, even though I tried to make a reservation prior to arrival.

The hotel is very nice and contemporary, the location is amazing with beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the restaurant which has great food and service. The room is nice size with a comfortable bed and a balcony.

Restaurant options for dinner were bit pricey and didn’t suit us well. All in all not considering the price, we weren’t able to choose any meal so went to other restaurant.

We have enjoyed friendly staff, possibility to park motorcycles under roof, tasty breakfast and spacious room. Also wellness area was a great perk.

The restaurant is overpriced and mediocre. The service is quite poor - waiters seem lost and don't know the menu. The food is okay but not great. I'd recommend eating out especially for the price charged. Also, mind the church bell at 6:30am but I guess that goes for everywhere in Italy.

Great location and facilities. Everything is super modern, comfy and well thought through. Nice sauna and jacuzzi included in the price.

It strangely seems to be common across Italy to not have a clothes iron in the room, however, every other hotel we have stayed at has had one available to use. When we asked at reception, we were told there was none available here. They are so cheap to buy, I would highly recommend having at least one on hand for guests 😊

Great location with a beautiful view from our rooms and around the outside of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to book the spa and jacuzzi.
