The bed in the small room of the family room is a little narrow

Because it is on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, and it is suitable for people who drive. The family room has its own toilet and shower room, which is really suitable for 4 people. There is also a lovely swimming pool in the yard. It's a pity that the weather had turned cold when we checked in. Overall, it is really a very warm house.

The owners, very kind, friendly and helpful, explained us a lot about the region and Florence and could be found at any moment when we needed something. The location is very picturesque. It was very clean. The pool is very nice, although it was too cold to swim, but you could still enjoy sitting on a chaise longue and looking at the water and the amazing view far away.

Everything was great 😊 A help for guests exiting onto the road with vehicles would be a mirror placed across the road to see if traffic is coming, especially for visitors from right-hand drive countries like us from NZ.

The hosts are most welcoming. We loved being out of the business of Florence & loved the pool. Great location to visit sites and has secure parking.

I wasn’t keen on leaving- but Garda was booked.

This is a jem of a stay. The property itself comprises of several apartments or suites. We had the Junior Suite which was just right for me and my two friends. The apartment is fabulous, spotless with everything you need. The pool was brilliant. Never crowded and accessible 24/7. We didn’t have a car and the trusty 25 was perfect for taking the 15min journey into town. By far the very best feature of this stay is our host, Martina, who is head and shoulders the best host I have ever encountered. She genuinely cares that you are having the best time and cannot do enough to help. Highly recommended- would come back in a heartbeat 💗

Be careful at night of mosquitoes make sure you cover up if you are on the balcony.

Martina the host was efficient kind and knowledgeable. The transport into the town was regular and mostly reliable. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay and the pool was relaxing and the perfect temperature after a day's sightseeing. Martina was lovely and extremely helpful.

The apartment is located in a restored house and is very lovingly and tastefully furnished in a practical way. There is plenty of space and the view is fantastic. To get to Florence, we used the bus right outside the front door. On our return, we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool.

There is a pool on sight but towels were provided to utilize the pool. While there is a bus station right outside the property, it was truly never on time, often 30-40 minutes late and the property is by next to nothing. Definitely not the place If using public transportation

You can tell the owners have such passion for what they do, it did almost come off overbearing feeling like we needed to explain our comings/goings.

No washing machine (but the owner was willing to use theirs). No coffee machine.

Spacy rooms, with 2 bathrooms in very good design, air-conditioning was more than fine, and during a really hot July. The pool was a very good one, though small, with spa bubbles! Clean room! Great view from the terrace. Just near bus stop to city center if you don't want to take the car.

The lack of kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper and cooking oil was a bit disappointing.

The atmosphere was amazing. Everything from the view, the pool, the beds, the comfortable a/c was great.

What a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Wonderful staff and a comfortable apartment (the family room) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Le Statue is a well kept property at a perfect location only a 20 minutes drive from the city. We enjoyed having breakfast on the spacious terrace with a lovely view. Everything was to our liking. Can't imagine why anyone would want to stay in the overcrowded city where driving is a nightmare.

Connectivity to public transport was limited. But the view and the host compensated for it.

Great view, homely vibes and Martina was a great host. It was very spacious. All utilities were in place and in great condition. it had a parking space within premise.

Awesome views of the Tuscany countryside from the Family Suite rooms that we had occupied. Rooms, facilities and the host Martina were all great. Only reason I took off 1 point was because the location is not easily accessible unless you have your own car. Buses can be difficult to deal with when you have luggage and if the credit card reader on the bus doesn't work.

Amazing 2 story room with an enormous and comfortable 2nd story deck with a view. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. Property owners were not only exceptionally helpful regarding sites and where to park and how to get around, they were able to be reached via WhatsApp pretty much anytime, They were hands on to help with the bags and make sure everything was perfect. We almost stayed a second time on our way back through the area, but our timing was off.

The property is quite far from the tourist spots of Florence. The bus stop is less than 100 meters away, which is helpful, but commuting still takes quite some time.

Martina and Gabriele are great hosts. Extremely responsive and helpful. The property is very clean and spacious with all ameneties. Views from the property are fabulous.

Is a bit out of the city centre so need public transport and a walk to get into the city. The bus stop is across the road from the villa and comes regularly.

Really great villa, lovely location in the hills with a great view and pool to cool off after a hot day. Host was wonderful and assisted us with many enquires and was extremely helpful.
