The apartments that had rooms in the basement, though they were equally equipped and clean, were not as nice as the others. They were kind of claustrophobic and with a smell of humidity. One of the rooms we initially checked in for was given to someone else. The one offered in exchange was not as big as the first, but it was quite good. Communication was generally good, but could have been better. Lastly, there is no cleaning service once you check in and you are expected to throw away the garbage, which, honestly, i cannot understand why (not saying to leave the place in a mess of course). Mind cancellation policy as they will not refund even for covid if you ask for cancellation after the deadline (even if you can prove covid).

30 minute walk from historic centre. The apartments were well equipped. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and quite comfortable beds. Quite clean. The terrace was great. The garden was very good too. Highly recommended for a group of families with young children, or even for a family alone, or couples.

We stayed at another room in the same property without access to the garden shown on the pictures. They had forgotten to take out the garbage from the previous tenant. There were no batteries on the TV remote control, so we couldn't watch TV. There was no remote control for the A/C, so we couldn't change the temperature. I mentioned the comments to the person who came for the check out but he said he is not the right person to talk to. Other than that, a decent stay, clean, with a comfy bathroom, ten minute drive from the center of Firenze.

The telephone lifeline provided is not always staffed: when we arrived we needed the extra bedding but couldn't get through to them. Eventually we had to compromise for the first night until they answered the next morning. Aircon needed cleaning, but when we pointed it out they did clean it straightaway next morning. One set of bedding missing: but they provided it the following day. Hot water tended to run out later at night: they seemed to have fixed that. WiFi coverage is weak/non existent in some parts of the apartment, but where it works is good and if a usable speed. The shower is a fancy one with lots of jets and a overhead large "rainfall" head but everything needs de-scaling: stained limescale has deposited on every nozzle and the flexible shower head holder is broken - not a deal breaker for us but I hope this feedback is helpful. The hairdryer is not working. The fridge is tiny with a very tiny freezing compartment but that was full of ice and snow - we left it do de-ice. Kitchen utensils are sparse but who needs to cook when visiting Florence and Tuscany?! And the staff are helpful enough to provide what's needed if necessary.

Quality bedding. Good, working aircon. 5 min walk to the T1 main tram line and then 15min to town center and station. Responsive, prompt service, staff helpful and amiable. Walking distance to a communal fizzy spring water fountain! Look up: Fontanello Dell'acqua.

We had problems with both the air conditioning, missing kitchen utensils, and at one point an alarm even went off, but there was no response from the hosts at all to our calls or repeated messages.

Did not have all advertised facilities and when we raised this with host, via number provided, items were not provided and we were ignored. Hot tap didn't work. Front door did not lock. No ironing board, iron or kettle. Yard was a bit unkempt.

Great size, clean and value for money. Short walk to tram towards historic centre, or 15-20 minute walk to bars and restaurants.

The photos are really deceiving. The hosts never responded to enquires. All the beds were single beds pushed together, no doubles. The kitchen utensils were not sufficient (one wine glass for a group of six) and no basic cleaning products like soap or spray and wipe available for cleaning

One drawback that there is a AC in the room which doesn't work. But it was pleasant in the night so we were able to sleep properly. If anything thinking to use the place in the afternoon it will be hot.

It was at great location near the tram station which is easily accessible if you need to go Main Centrale Station. Room was clean n well taken care of there was no disturbance from anywhere.

The bathrooms have nowhere to hang stuff on (no hooks to hang towels, toileteries bag, clothes etc). The shower holder was broken, the shower was either too hot or cold. Couldn't really get the right temperature. And not enough natural light in the room - was a bit dark and cold. And the walls are very thin. I could hear our neighbors easily.

A very lovely terrace to hang out. Nice garden. Nice Kitchen. Close to a supermarket and a Tram station. The checkin procedure was nice explained, so it was quiet easy.

The water was not always hot or at least warm, the location was a noisy, we could hear what happenned in the other rooms and in the couryard was a machine/genetartor that made a constant noise. Also the couch was very dirty and the bathroom was semidecent in terms of cleanliness. The price was way up for the facilities

Dirty, moldy, smelly, dark, far from city centre.

We booked this place for 6 nights and stayed one. We were provided two apartments even though I only booked one. The second apartment was dark and dinghy with no windows, both bathrooms were moldy. The floors were not clean and the kitchen was in a cupboard that was smelly and not very clean. There was not a lot of natural light. We shifted to other accommodation that was much more central, cleaner, more comfortable and more functional.

my apartment was in a beautiful garden courtyard. I also felt very safe here as a woman travelling solo. the architecture of the building is gorgeous and inside of the apartment was clean and felt very cozy. perfect for a solo traveller or a couple :)

We booked an apartment for 5 people, believing that we will get 2 rooms and a living room with a sofa-bed. Only one of the rooms had a door, but you still had to go through the other open terrace bed area to get there. The sofa bed was not made and there were no bed sheets, nor towels for the 5th person. We were given only one set of keys and one card to have electricity working. As the flat was essentially 2 floors, we could only have electricity working on one floor at a time because for each floor a card was needed. There were two bathrooms but the one downstairs had no hot water and the one upstairs had no door. We tried to call the staff multiple times and no one picked the phone.

First of all, I received details for an apartment, self check in and when I got there with a small baby, the apartment was in chaos, it was clear that nobody had cleaned. I then checked booking and they had given me another. This was was not as in the picture, split on several levels with dangerous stairs and no garden Rooms were not that clean, one of the rooms had a sofa, not comfortable to sleep on Tv remote had no batteries In the bathroom only 3 towels although we paid for 4 adults. Kitchen did not have coffee maker Downstairs, it smelled of mold Air conditioning was working always, could not stop it, had to leave windows open to stop it from working , was too cold Location is very far from center, 30 minutes to walk, for us too far away. Garden and terrace is in another spot, not taken care of, outside furniture was dirty and not changed, there were cigarette buds everywhere. Property does not answer to phone number listed, you can contact them only via booking messages or an email address….

The only decent thing about this property was the bathroom, although not very clean, shower worked and looked good. Garden was enjoyable although in another place. Villa looks renovated but on the inside it’s not that great.

Garden is badly kept. Bottles of wine and beer of previous gests left at the terrace for 2+ days Outlets are safety hazards! NO HOT WATER!! Even after complaining, nothing was done and we had to bathe in cold water for three days. No replies to emails complaining of this situation but they reminded us several times of the need to pay extra for the tax. They really should mind more about the guests than the money but that's what it is. If you can, stay away.

We found dirty dishes in our sink upon arriving and the shower was dirty with many hairs in the drain. We got no reaction from the host after informing them of these issues.
